三部門(mén)啟動(dòng)實(shí)施制造業(yè)技能根基工程
China will speed up the cultivation of skilled personnel urgently needed to promote the high-quality development of the country's manufacturing industry, according to a government plan. From 2022 to 2025, China will establish national training bases for highly skilled personnel, as well as promote technology and upgrading in the manufacturing sector. The plan was issued on Monday by three government bodies, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
人力資源和社會(huì)保障部等三部門(mén)6月13日聯(lián)合發(fā)布《制造業(yè)技能根基工程實(shí)施方案》,指導(dǎo)各地加快培養(yǎng)制造業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展急需的高素質(zhì)技能人才。方案提出,2022年至2025年,建立國(guó)家技能根基工程培訓(xùn)基地,促進(jìn)制造業(yè)技術(shù)迭代和質(zhì)量升級(jí)。
The country will also increase government subsidies for the training of personnel that are urgently needed and improve the incentive mechanism for those talents.
加大急需緊缺職業(yè)工種政府補(bǔ)貼培訓(xùn)支持力度。

China will likely post positive economic growth in the second quarter of the year and growth is projected to pick up in June with the gradual resumption of work and production, according to economists and analysts.

They said policymakers will introduce more policy easing such as stronger support for infrastructure, more supplementary fiscal relief and a lowering of banks' actual lending rates to cushion the impact of COVID-19 and stabilize overall growth in the coming months.

Minors will not be permitted to get tattooed even if they have parental consent, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said on Friday. As minors are persons with little or no civil capacity, getting a tattoo is beyond their understanding, the ministry said in response to an inquiry to its Children's Affairs Department.

According to the Law on the Protection of Minors, parents and guardians must protect the physical and mental health of their children, the ministry said.
《未成年人保護(hù)法》第17條規(guī)定,父母或其他監(jiān)護(hù)人有保護(hù)未成年人身心健康的義務(wù)。
Parents who run their own parlors are also forbidden from tattooing their children.
父母自己經(jīng)營(yíng)的文身店也不能給自己孩子文身。
Last week, China issued a regulation prohibiting minors from getting tattooed, which took effect on June 6.
