國(guó)務(wù)院日前印發(fā)《氣象高質(zhì)量發(fā)展綱要（2022－2035年）》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《綱要》）。《綱要》明確，到2035年，氣象關(guān)鍵科技領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)重大突破，氣象監(jiān)測(cè)、預(yù)報(bào)和服務(wù)水平全球領(lǐng)先，以智慧氣象為主要特征的氣象現(xiàn)代化基本實(shí)現(xiàn)。

China's State Council has issued a guideline on fostering the high-quality development of meteorology, vowing to achieve meteorological modernization through the use of smart technologies by 2035. Major breakthroughs should be made in key meteorological science and technology fields by 2035, with the meteorological observation, forecasting and services elevated to a world-leading level, according to the guideline.

提高降雨、臺(tái)風(fēng)、山洪、泥石流等預(yù)警預(yù)報(bào)水平，加大交通疏導(dǎo)力度，抓細(xì)抓實(shí)各項(xiàng)防汛救災(zāi)措施。

Relevant departments should improve the system for early warnings and forecasts of rainfall, typhoons, mountain torrents and mudslides, step up efforts on traffic management, and take detailed and practical flood prevention and disaster relief measures.
