>Upgraded China-New Zealand FTA comes into effect
中國—新西蘭自貿(mào)協(xié)定升級(jí)

A protocol on upgrading the free trade agreement between China and New Zealand took effect Thursday, further facilitating bilateral trade and investment, China's Ministry of Commerce said.
商務(wù)部4月7日宣布，中國-新西蘭自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定升級(jí)議定書當(dāng)日正式生效，將進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)雙邊貿(mào)易和投資便利化。

The two sides will further open their markets for goods, services and investment while optimizing rules to promote trade facilitation.
進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大中新雙方在貨物、服務(wù)、投資等領(lǐng)域市場(chǎng)開放，進(jìn)一步提升貿(mào)易便利化等規(guī)則水平。

Bilateral cooperation will also be strengthened in the fields of e-commerce, competition policy, government procurement and the environment.
雙方承諾在電子商務(wù)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)政策、政府采購、環(huán)境等領(lǐng)域增強(qiáng)合作。

The upgraded protocol has improved the quality and efficiency of bilateral trade relations on the basis of the China-New Zealand FTA and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, the ministry said.
升級(jí)議定書使中新兩國自貿(mào)關(guān)系在中國—新西蘭自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定和區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定（RCEP）基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了進(jìn)一步提質(zhì)增效。

The rise in car deliveries came as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's top industry regulator, said recently more efforts will be made to encourage the use of NEVs and the nation will accelerate the development of domestic resources to cope with price increases in raw materials for batteries.

Traditional Chinese medicines are beneficial in the treatment of COVID-19, particularly mild to moderate cases, according to a new report released by the World Health Organization.
世界衛(wèi)生組織日前發(fā)布的一份新報(bào)告指出，中醫(yī)藥能有效治療新冠肺炎，對(duì)輕型和普通型病例尤其有效。

It also encourages member states to consider the potential use of TCM for the management of COVID-19 in the context of their healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks.
世衛(wèi)組織鼓勵(lì)會(huì)員國在其衛(wèi)生保健系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)管框架內(nèi)考慮使用中醫(yī)藥治療新冠肺炎的可能性。

The report came in late March after a WHO Expert Meeting on Evaluation of TCMs in the Treatment of COVID-19 was held virtually from Feb 28 to March 2.
世衛(wèi)組織中醫(yī)藥救治新冠肺炎專家評(píng)估會(huì)于2月28日至3月2日以視頻會(huì)議形式召開。

The meeting gathered 21 international experts from the six WHO regions to consider three reports, including on clinical service, research and evidence-based evaluation provided by national expert groups in China.
來自世衛(wèi)組織6個(gè)地區(qū)辦事處的21名國際專家圍繞臨床實(shí)踐、科學(xué)研究和循證評(píng)價(jià)等方面展開研討，對(duì)中方專家分享的關(guān)于中醫(yī)藥救治新冠肺炎相關(guān)報(bào)告進(jìn)行了交流和評(píng)估，并于3月底形成專家評(píng)估會(huì)報(bào)告。

>Beijing to achieve coal-free heating by 2025
北京:到2025年基本實(shí)現(xiàn)供熱“無煤化”

Beijing authorities have released a plan for energy development from 2021 to 2025. Beijing will strengthen the control of the amount and intensity of energy and carbon emissions and continue to promote clean energy use in rural areas. By 2025, the city will achieve a coal-free heat supply.
北京市政府近日印發(fā)《北京市“十四五”時(shí)期能源發(fā)展規(guī)劃》?！笆奈濉睍r(shí)期北京將強(qiáng)化能源、碳排放的總量和強(qiáng)度雙控，并繼續(xù)推動(dòng)農(nóng)村清潔能源替代，到2025年基本實(shí)現(xiàn)全市供熱“無煤化”。

Beijing will improve its natural gas supply capacity and form emergency reserves of about 1.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas by 2025.
根據(jù)規(guī)劃，“十四五”時(shí)期北京將提高天然氣供應(yīng)保障能力，形成14億立方米左右的天然氣應(yīng)急儲(chǔ)備能力。

By then, newly added installed power generation capacity of renewable energy will reach about 2.1 million kW. An additional 45 million square meters will be heated by renewable energy.
到2025年，本地可再生能源新增發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量達(dá)到210萬千瓦左右，新增可再生能源供暖面積4500萬平方米。
