China will adhere to its dynamic zero-COVID approach as local infections are surging, a spokesperson for the National Health Commission said Wednesday. China is facing a serious challenge in COVID-19 containment as local cases, both symptomatic and asymptomatic, are rising rapidly and the virus continues to spread in communities in some areas, NHC spokesperson Mi Feng said at a news conference.
4月6日，國家衛(wèi)健委新聞發(fā)言人米鋒在新聞發(fā)布會上表示，當(dāng)前，全國新增本土確診病例和無癥狀感染者快速增長，部分地區(qū)社區(qū)傳播仍未阻斷，疫情仍在高位運行，防控形勢嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜。米鋒表示，要繼續(xù)堅持“動態(tài)清零”總方針不猶豫不動搖。

>China solicits opinions on draft financial stability law
央行就金融穩(wěn)定法草案公開征求意見

China has unveiled a draft law on financial stability, which will be open for public opinion starting Wednesday, the central bank said. The draft, jointly compiled by the People's Bank of China and other authorities, clarified the responsibilities of the mechanism for coordinating national financial stability and development. It also proposed setting up a guarantee fund for financial stability.
中國人民銀行會同有關(guān)部門深入研究、反復(fù)論證，起草了《中華人民共和國金融穩(wěn)定法（草案征求意見稿）》，4月6日向社會公開征求意見。草案征求意見稿首次明確國家金融穩(wěn)定發(fā)展統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制（國務(wù)院金融委）職責(zé)，提出設(shè)立金融穩(wěn)定保障基金。

The draft aims to establish and improve an efficient, authoritative and well-coordinated working mechanism for financial stability, further strengthen the financial safety net and forestall systemic risk.
央行指出，草案征求意見稿旨在建立健全高效權(quán)威、協(xié)調(diào)有力的金融穩(wěn)定工作機(jī)制，進(jìn)一步筑牢金融安全網(wǎng)，堅決守住不發(fā)生系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險的底線。

>Service trade surges 33.5 pct in Jan-Feb
服務(wù)貿(mào)易1-2月保持較好增長態(tài)勢

China's service trade maintained momentum in the first two months of this year, jumping 33.5 percent year-on-year to 953.48 billion yuan, the Ministry of Commerce said on Wednesday.
商務(wù)部4月6日發(fā)布的最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年1月份至2月份，我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易繼續(xù)保持較好增長態(tài)勢。服務(wù)進(jìn)出口總額9534.8億元，同比增長33.5%；

Of the total, service exports reached about 467.58 billion yuan, up 39.4 percent year-on-year, and service imports stood at 485.9 billion yuan, increasing 28.3 percent year-on-year.
其中服務(wù)出口4675.8億元，增長39.4%；進(jìn)口4859億元，增長28.3%。

The growth of service trade exports outpaced import growth by 11.1 percentage points, resulting in a 57.6 percent drop in the service trade deficit. The service trade deficit stood at 18.31 billion yuan, 24.91 billion yuan less than in 2021, according to the ministry.
服務(wù)出口增幅大于進(jìn)口11.1個百分點，帶動服務(wù)貿(mào)易逆差下降57.6%至183.1億元，同比減少249.1億元。

>China's secondary housing market heats up in Q1
機(jī)構(gòu):一季度二手房市場呈現(xiàn)不均衡復(fù)蘇態(tài)勢

China's secondary housing market started to recover in the first quarter amid loosening credit and regulatory policies, according to a report by the Beike Research Institute.
貝殼研究院發(fā)布的報告顯示，信貸寬松及地方調(diào)控政策放松下，一季度二手房市場升溫。

In the first quarter, sales of previously owned homes in 50 cities rose by nearly 7 percent from the previous quarter, while sales in March saw a month-on-month increase of more than 40 percent, according to the report.
2022年一季度貝殼重點監(jiān)測的50城二手房成交量環(huán)比增長約7%。成交量方面，市場在3月環(huán)比增速超過40%。

Market recovery has been uneven, with the Yangtze River Delta region seeing stronger growth momentum, the report noted, attributing improvements to falling mortgage rates and supportive policies from local governments.
報告稱，市場呈現(xiàn)不均衡復(fù)蘇態(tài)勢，長三角區(qū)域恢復(fù)力度較強。住房信貸降息疊加地方支持性政策增多是支持市場復(fù)蘇的關(guān)鍵因素。

In the second quarter, sales of secondary homes will continue to increase due to easing lending policies and more support from local authorities.
考慮到信貸環(huán)境及調(diào)控政策將進(jìn)一步寬松，報告預(yù)計二季度成交量將繼續(xù)回升。
