新華社北京3月31日電 3月31日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平向第三次阿富汗鄰國(guó)外長(zhǎng)會(huì)發(fā)表書面致辭。

習(xí)近平指出，阿富汗飽經(jīng)滄桑，百業(yè)待興，正處在由亂及治的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。阿富汗是與會(huì)各國(guó)共同的鄰居和伙伴，我們是山水相連、休戚與共的命運(yùn)共同體。一個(gè)和平、穩(wěn)定、發(fā)展、繁榮的阿富汗，是全體阿富汗人民的期盼，也符合地區(qū)國(guó)家和國(guó)際社會(huì)共同利益。

習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，“親仁善鄰，國(guó)之寶也”。中國(guó)一貫尊重阿富汗的主權(quán)、獨(dú)立、領(lǐng)土完整，致力于支持阿富汗實(shí)現(xiàn)和平穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。阿富汗鄰國(guó)協(xié)調(diào)合作機(jī)制自去年9月創(chuàng)立以來，發(fā)揮鄰國(guó)優(yōu)勢(shì)，為阿富汗局勢(shì)平穩(wěn)過渡發(fā)揮了建設(shè)性作用。

習(xí)近平最后強(qiáng)調(diào)，阿富汗鄰國(guó)要各盡所能，凝聚共識(shí)，協(xié)調(diào)配合，支持阿富汗人民開創(chuàng)美好未來。

Chinese president stresses neighboring countries' role in supporting Afghanistan

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday called on the neighboring countries of Afghanistan to do their best to support the Afghan people to create a brighter future.

Xi made the remarks in a written message to the third meeting of foreign ministers of the countries neighboring Afghanistan, in Tunxi, east China's Anhui Province.

Xi pointed out that having gone through so much in the past, Afghanistan is in urgent need of development in many areas. The country has come to a critical point of transition from chaos to order.

"Afghanistan is a common neighbor and partner of all participating countries, and we form a community with a shared future linked by the same mountains and rivers who would rise and fall together," said Xi.

He also noted that a peaceful, stable, developing and prosperous Afghanistan is the aspiration of all the Afghan people, and it is also in the common interests of regional countries and the international community.

Xi underscored that amity and good neighborliness are invaluable to a country.

"China always respects Afghanistan's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and has committed to supporting its pursuit of peace, stability and development," Xi said.

The coordination and cooperation mechanism among neighbors of Afghanistan, since its launch last September, has endeavored to bring into play the strengths of neighboring countries, thus playing a constructive role in promoting the steady transition in Afghanistan, he said.

Xi stressed that the neighboring countries of Afghanistan should do their best to build consensus and coordinate efforts to support the people of Afghanistan in building a brighter future.
