All the venues for the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games will open to the public after the Games, the organizers said on Saturday.
3月12日，北京冬奧組委遺產(chǎn)項目負(fù)責(zé)人劉興華表示，北京冬奧會、冬殘奧會所有場館賽后將對公眾開放。

The National Alpine Ski Center will open some of the slopes to the public for entertainment, said Liu Xinghua, an official in charge of the Games' legacy program with the Beijing 2022 Organizing Committee (BOCOG). " The National Alpine Ski Center will host high-level events as well as being used as a training facility for the Chinese national team and the youth team," Liu added.
劉興華舉例說，延慶國家高山滑雪中心部分場地將持續(xù)舉辦高水平高山滑雪賽事，為專業(yè)隊伍提供培訓(xùn)基地，部分區(qū)域也會開放給公眾，供全民健身使用。

The National Speed Skating Oval will become a multi-functional complex combining sports competitions, national fitness, cultural leisure, exhibitions and other programs.
國家速滑館將會打造成一個集體育賽事、群眾健身、文化休閑、展覽展示、社會公益五位一體的綜合性體育場館。

>Self-test kits OK'd for earlier detection
居民可購買試劑自測新冠病毒

The State Council joint prevention and control mechanism against COVID-19 said on Friday that it would allow the public to buy COVID-19 antigen self-test kits in stores and online. The COVID-19 antigen test is a supplementary diagnostic method to the mainstream nucleic acid testing to improve early detection, according to a notice published on the National Health Commission's website.
3月11日，國家衛(wèi)健委官網(wǎng)發(fā)布由國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制綜合組制定的《新冠病毒抗原檢測應(yīng)用方案（試行）》，根據(jù)方案，社區(qū)居民有自我檢測需求的，可通過零售藥店、網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售平臺等渠道，自行購買新冠病毒抗原檢測試劑自測。方案稱，抗原檢測作為補(bǔ)充手段可以用于特定人群的篩查，有利于提高“早發(fā)現(xiàn)”能力。

The antigen test kits can be used by people who have had fever or respiratory symptoms within five days, by people who are under quarantine and other residents who simply want to take a test, the notice said.
抗原檢測的適用人群：一是伴有呼吸道、發(fā)熱等癥狀且出現(xiàn)癥狀5天以內(nèi)的人員；二是隔離觀察人員；三是有抗原自我檢測需求的社區(qū)居民。

People who test positive with the antigen kits should immediately contact local authorities regardless of whether they show symptoms, it said.
抗原自測陽性的人員，不論是否有呼吸道、發(fā)熱等癥狀，應(yīng)立即向所在社區(qū)(村鎮(zhèn))報告。

>China detects overseas cyberattacks
我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)遭受境外網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊

China has detected continuous cyberattacks targeting its internet since late February, the country's cybersecurity watchdog said Friday. Through these attacks, overseas organizations attempted to gain control of computers in China to launch cyberattacks against Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, according to the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC).
國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)急中心3月11日表示，監(jiān)測發(fā)現(xiàn)，2月下旬以來，我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)持續(xù)遭受境外網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊，境外組織通過攻擊控制我境內(nèi)計算機(jī)，進(jìn)而對俄羅斯、烏克蘭、白俄羅斯進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊。

Analysis revealed that most of the internet addresses launching the attacks are based in the United States, said the center, adding that a small number of addresses were found to be based in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands.
經(jīng)分析，這些攻擊地址主要來自美國，也有少量攻擊地址來自德國、荷蘭等國家。

These attacks have been dealt with to the greatest extent, the center said.
據(jù)悉，國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)急中心已對以上攻擊行為最大限度予以處置。

>Barack Obama positive for COVID-19
美前總統(tǒng)奧巴馬新冠檢測陽性

Former US President Barack Obama said on Sunday that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
美國前總統(tǒng)奧巴馬3月13日說，他新冠病毒檢測結(jié)果呈陽性。

"I've had a scratchy throat for a couple days, but am feeling fine otherwise," Obama tweeted. He also wrote that he and his wife, Michelle, "are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, and she has tested negative."
奧巴馬當(dāng)天在推特上發(fā)文說，他近期感覺喉嚨發(fā)癢，除此之外感覺良好。他和夫人米歇爾均接種了新冠疫苗及加強(qiáng)針。米歇爾新冠病毒檢測結(jié)果呈陰性。

"It's a reminder to get vaccinated if you haven't already, even as cases go down," the former U.S. president added.
奧巴馬提醒，即使在新冠病例減少的當(dāng)下，未接種新冠疫苗者仍應(yīng)盡快接種疫苗。

Obama, 60, served as president of the United States from 2009 to 2017.
