>Lawmakers raise 487 proposals at annual legislative session
十三屆全國(guó)人大五次會(huì)議收到代表議案487件

Deputies to the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China's national legislature, submitted 487 proposals as of the deadline at noon Tuesday.
來自十三屆全國(guó)人大五次會(huì)議秘書處的消息，截止到提出議案截止時(shí)間3月8日12時(shí)，大會(huì)秘書處共收到代表提出的議案487件。

The session secretariat said it had also received around 8,000 suggestions, criticisms and comments from NPC deputies.
此外，還收到代表對(duì)各方面工作提出的建議、批評(píng)和意見約8000件。

The majority of the proposals are about speeding up legislation on energy, the digital economy, pre-school education, elderly care and protecting women's rights and interests.
今年代表提出的議案絕大多數(shù)為法律案，包括制定能源法以及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、學(xué)前教育、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、婦女權(quán)益保障法等法律的議案。

National lawmakers also made suggestions about promoting rural revitalization, boosting the sound development of the digital economy and fighting against abducting and trafficking women and children.
代表建議關(guān)注比較多的問題包括鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅(jiān)成果、推動(dòng)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展、嚴(yán)厲打擊拐賣婦女兒童違法犯罪行為等。

外交部：在烏克蘭的絕大多數(shù)中國(guó)公民已撤離

Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said on Wednesday the vast majority of Chinese citizens in Ukraine have been evacuated, including more than 100 students from Sumy, a Ukrainian border city with heavy fighting.
外交部發(fā)言人趙立堅(jiān)3月9日表示，被戰(zhàn)火困在蘇梅地區(qū)的百余名中國(guó)留學(xué)生已安全撤離風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)域，目前，在烏克蘭的絕大多數(shù)中國(guó)公民已撤離。

"Once again, I want to remind the few Chinese citizens that remain in Ukraine to stay safe, strengthen security precautions and preparations and stay in touch with the Chinese embassy and consulate general there," Zhao said, adding the Chinese diplomatic and consular missions will continue to provide consular protection and assistance.

>Global COVID-19 death toll tops 6M
全球累計(jì)新冠死亡病例超過600萬(wàn)

The worldwide death toll inflicted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has surpassed six million, reaching 6,004,421 as of Tuesday according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Globally, as of 4:31 pm CET on Tuesday, there have been 446,511,318 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
世界衛(wèi)生組織最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至歐洲中部時(shí)間8日16時(shí)31分（北京時(shí)間23時(shí)31分），全球累計(jì)新冠確診病例達(dá)到446511318例，累計(jì)死亡病例已超600萬(wàn)例，達(dá)到6004421例。

The US has the highest cumulative numbers of both confirmed cases and deaths, with more than 78 million confirmed cases and 951,348 deaths accounting for 17.6 and 15.8 percent of the world's totals respectively.
具體到國(guó)家，美國(guó)的累計(jì)確診和死亡病例最多，累計(jì)確診超7800萬(wàn)例，死亡951348例，分別占全球約17.6%和15.8%。

The US is followed by India and Brazil, which have recorded confirmed cases exceeding 42 million and 29 million respectively, as well as 515,210 and 652,143 deaths.
其后是印度和巴西，累計(jì)確診分別超4200萬(wàn)例和2900萬(wàn)例，死亡病例分別為超515210例和652143例。

韓國(guó)總統(tǒng)選舉尹錫悅獲勝

Yoon Suk-yeol of the main conservative opposition People Power Party won a narrow victory in the South Korean presidential election. Yoon garnered 48.56 percent support in the election held on Wednesday, defeating his liberal rival by a narrow margin according to the final results released by the National Election Commission on Thursday. Lee Jae-myung of the ruling Democratic Party gained 47.83 percent.
韓國(guó)總統(tǒng)選舉3月9日舉行正式投票。根據(jù)韓國(guó)中央選舉管理委員會(huì)3月10日公布的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果，最大在野黨國(guó)民力量黨候選人尹錫悅贏得總統(tǒng)選舉。尹錫悅得票率為48.56%，執(zhí)政黨共同民主黨候選人李在明緊隨其后，得票率為47.83%。

Yoon said in an aired speech it was a victory of the great people.
尹錫悅在電視講話中表示，這一投票結(jié)果是韓國(guó)民眾的勝利。
