中國(guó)人民銀行今年依法向中央財(cái)政上繳結(jié)存利潤(rùn)，總額超過(guò)1萬(wàn)億元（約合1583億美元）。

China's central bank plans to turn over more than 1 trillion yuan (about 158.3 billion U.S. dollars) in surplus profits to the country's central budget in 2022 to support enterprises, stabilize employment and ensure people's well-being.

今年中國(guó)人民銀行依法向中央財(cái)政上繳總額超過(guò)1萬(wàn)億元的結(jié)存利潤(rùn),,以支持助企紓困、穩(wěn)就業(yè)保民生。

The funds will mainly be used to facilitate VAT credit refunds and increase the central government's transfer payments to local governments, according to an online statement from the People's Bank of China.

根據(jù)中國(guó)人民銀行發(fā)布的消息，這筆資金主要用于留抵退稅和增加對(duì)地方轉(zhuǎn)移支付。

The profits are mainly from the operating income on foreign-exchange reserves over the past few years, and will not increase taxes or the burden on market entities, nor will it lead to fiscal deficits.

人民銀行結(jié)存利潤(rùn)主要來(lái)自過(guò)去幾年的外匯儲(chǔ)備經(jīng)營(yíng)收益，不會(huì)增加稅收或經(jīng)濟(jì)主體負(fù)擔(dān)，也不是財(cái)政赤字。

The profits will be turned over in a balanced manner on a monthly basis, said the central bank, noting that the plan reflects the synergy between monetary and fiscal policies in stabilizing the macro economy. ■

結(jié)存利潤(rùn)按月均衡上繳，人民銀行資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表規(guī)模保持穩(wěn)定，體現(xiàn)了貨幣政策與財(cái)政政策的協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)動(dòng)，共同發(fā)力穩(wěn)定宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)大盤(pán)。
