Queen's Platinum Jubilee: Celebration plans unveiled 英國(guó)女王登基70周年慶祝安排公布
英國(guó)白金漢宮公布了為紀(jì)念女王登基而舉辦的一系列70周年（又稱(chēng) “白金禧年”）慶?；顒?dòng)。第一項(xiàng)活動(dòng)是甜點(diǎn)大賽：選出一款全新的甜點(diǎn)，以慶祝女王在位的周年紀(jì)念。
It will be a pudding fit for a queen – or more precisely, for a Queen's Jubilee. In celebration of her 70 years on the throne, Buckingham Palace is asking Britain to get baking.

It's a nationwide competition to create the Platinum Pudding. The winning creation will be one of the ingredients to be enjoyed during the Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend.

On the final day, Sunday the fifth of June, the Big Jubilee Lunch will be staged in communities across the country – that Platinum Pudding will be part of the menu.

And the Platinum Jubilee Pageant will be staged on the Mall [in London]. From pudding to pageant, the organisers hope it will indeed be a fitting tribute to the Queen's 70 years of service.
