2021年，我國科技創(chuàng)新能力持續(xù)增強，研發(fā)投入強度再創(chuàng)新高。

China's spending on research and development (R&D) hit a new high of 2.44 percent of its gross domestic product (GDP) in 2021, up 0.03 percentage points from the previous year, , according to a report released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).After deducting price factors, China's R&D spending in 2021 rose 9.4 percent year on year, said the NBS.

國家統(tǒng)計局26日發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2021年我國R&D經(jīng)費與GDP之比再創(chuàng)新高，達到2.44%，比上年提高0.03個百分點。按不變價計算，R&D經(jīng)費增長9.4%。

The country's total expenditure on R&D amounted to about 2.79 trillion yuan last year, up 14.2 percent year on year. 

據(jù)初步測算，2021年我國R&D經(jīng)費投入達27864億元，比上年增長14.2%。

Investment in basic research stood at 169.6 billion yuan last year, accounting for 6.09 percent of the total R&D spending, up 0.08 percentage points from the previous year, the data showed.

2021年我國R&D經(jīng)費中基礎(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費為1696億元?；A(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費占R&D經(jīng)費比重達到6.09%，比上年提高0.08個百分點。

“2021年我國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定恢復(fù)（the steady recovery of the Chinese economy），創(chuàng)新動能有效增強（enhanced innovation drivers），促進R&D經(jīng)費增長。企業(yè)研發(fā)費用加計扣除、改革科研經(jīng)費管理和項目管理等激勵政策不斷完善（improved incentive policies）及落實到位，進一步激發(fā)了R&D主體投入熱情?！眹医y(tǒng)計局社科文司統(tǒng)計師張啟龍解讀數(shù)據(jù)時表示。

"Global Innovation Index 2021" released by the World Intellectual Property Organization showed that China has made continuous progress rising from 14th rank in 2020 to 12th in 2021 among 132 economies.

世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)組織2021年發(fā)布的全球創(chuàng)新指數(shù)（GII）顯示，我國科技創(chuàng)新能力在132個經(jīng)濟體中位列第12位，較上年再提升兩位。

China should further accelerate the implementation of science and technology policies and improve the mechanism for diversified investment to provide strong support for achieving high-level self-reliance in science and technology, Zhang said.

張啟龍指出，我國未來應(yīng)進一步加快推進科技政策落實落地，完善多元化投入機制，為實現(xiàn)高水平科技自立自強提供有力支撐。
