Liu Youbin, a spokesperson from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, said at a press conference on Monday that China fulfilled all eight binding targets covering emissions of CO2 and surface water quality.
生態(tài)環(huán)境部新聞發(fā)言人劉友賓在1月24日召開的例行新聞發(fā)布會上表示，過去一年，生態(tài)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域二氧化碳排放指標(biāo)、全國地表水優(yōu)良水質(zhì)等8項約束性指標(biāo)順利完成。

The country's progress in cutting CO2 emissions per unit of GDP met the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) requirements. The emission reduction of four major pollutants, including oxynitride, also reached annual goals.
單位GDP二氧化碳排放指標(biāo)達到"十四五"序時進度要求；氮氧化物等4項主要污染物總量減排指標(biāo)順利完成年度目標(biāo)。

The share of days with good air quality in 2021 rose to 87.5%, up 0.5 percentage points from a year earlier. The PM2.5 density went down 9.1%, year-on-year, to 30 micrograms per cubic meter.
2021年，全國地級及以上城市優(yōu)良天數(shù)比率為87.5%，同比上升0.5個百分點；PM2.5濃度為30微克/立方米，同比下降9.1%。

Beijing's PM2.5 density declined from 89.5 micrograms per cubic meter in 2013 to 33 micrograms in 2021, and its days of significant air pollution came down from 58 to eight.
從2013年到2021年，北京市PM2.5濃度從89.5微克/立方米下降到33微克/立方米，重污染天數(shù)從58天下降到8天。

The proportion of lakes and rivers graded Class I to III reached 84.9%.
全國地表水優(yōu)良水質(zhì)斷面比例為84.9%。

'現(xiàn)代流通體系建設(shè)規(guī)劃'公布

China's top economic planner on Monday unveiled plans for a modern distribution system over the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025).
國家發(fā)展改革委1月24日正式對外公布《"十四五"現(xiàn)代流通體系建設(shè)規(guī)劃》。

By 2025, China expects distribution costs to decrease and for the modern distribution system to become more efficient, meaning the sector will play a significantly larger role in the economy, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). The plan will facilitate improvements to the flow of goods and resource factors; commercial and logistics facilities; domestic and international distribution networks and service systems; transportation capacity; financial support; emergency response; and green development.
《規(guī)劃》提出，到2025年，商品和資源要素流動更加順暢，商貿(mào)、物流設(shè)施更加完善，國內(nèi)外流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)和服務(wù)體系更加健全，交通承載能力和金融信用支撐能力明顯增強，應(yīng)急保障能力和綠色發(fā)展水平顯著提升，流通成本持續(xù)下降、效率明顯提高，對暢通國民經(jīng)濟循環(huán)的戰(zhàn)略性作用顯著提升。

The modern distribution system is projected to be completed by 2035.
到2035年，現(xiàn)代流通體系全面建成。

The plan outlines key tasks in six areas, including deepening market reform for modern distribution, perfecting the modern commercial distribution system, and accelerating the development of a modern logistics system.
《規(guī)劃》圍繞深化現(xiàn)代流通市場化改革、完善現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)流通體系、加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流體系等6大領(lǐng)域，提出具體任務(wù)。

>RMB becomes 4th most active currency
人民幣成第四大活躍貨幣

The Chinese currency renminbi (RMB), or the yuan, climbed one position to become the fourth most active currency for global payments by value in December 2021, with a share of 2.7%, said the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), a global provider of financial messaging services.
環(huán)球銀行金融電信協(xié)會(SWIFT)1月20日公布的最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，去年12月，人民幣在國際支付金額中的份額達到2.7%，人民幣全球支付排名上升一位，升至全球第四位。

The value of RMB payments increased by 34.6% compared to November 2021, while in general all payments currencies increased by 6.44%.
從金額來看，2021年12月，人民幣支付金額較11月增加了34.6%，同期全球所有貨幣支付金額總體增加了6.44%。

In terms of international payments, excluding payments within the Eurozone, the RMB ranked 6th, with a share of 1.91% in December 2021.
數(shù)據(jù)還顯示，若以歐元區(qū)以外的國際支付作為統(tǒng)計口徑，人民幣位列第六，占比1.91%。

>China's 5G phone shipments surge in 2021
2021年我國5G手機出貨量達2.66億部

Shipments of 5G phones reached 266 million units in China last year, continuing to dominate the mobile phone market, according to data from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). The volume surged by 63.5% from the previous year, accounting for 75.9% of China's total mobile phone shipments in 2021.
工信部下屬研究機構(gòu)中國信息通信研究院發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2021年，5G手機繼續(xù)在國內(nèi)手機市場占據(jù)優(yōu)勢份額，國內(nèi)市場5G手機全年出貨量2.66億部，同比增長63.5%，占同期手機出貨量的75.9%。

China rolled out 227 new 5G models in 2021, up 0.9% year-on-year, said the academy, a research institute under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
2021年全年，上市新機型中，5G手機227款，同比增長0.9%。

In December alone, shipments of 5G phones jumped 49.2% year-on-year to 27.15 million units.
報告顯示，2021年12月，國內(nèi)市場5G手機出貨量2715萬部，同比增長49.2%。
