我國(guó)多舉措促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化發(fā)展

China unveiled measures to advance the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade to help bolster the home market, with domestic and international circulations progressing smoothly, said a circular issued by the General Office of the State Council.
近日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》，就促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化，形成強(qiáng)大國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，暢通國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)作出部署。

To support trade integration, the circular stressed improving laws, regulations and supervisory rules, and further aligning domestic trading rules and standards with global ones.
《意見(jiàn)》提出多條促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化發(fā)展的舉措，包括：健全法律法規(guī)，完善監(jiān)管體制，加強(qiáng)規(guī)則對(duì)接，促進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證銜接；

Efforts should be made to help companies, such as cross-border supply chain service providers, navigate operations in markets at home and abroad, the circular said.
支持跨國(guó)供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)企業(yè)等市場(chǎng)主體內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化經(jīng)營(yíng)；

Promoting integrated trade requires nurturing new business modes, such as digital development backed by modern information technology.
培育內(nèi)外貿(mào)新業(yè)態(tài)新模式，充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)，推動(dòng)內(nèi)外貿(mào)數(shù)字化發(fā)展；

Nurturing professionals with necessary skills will also be strengthened.
加強(qiáng)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)等。

>Workplace safety in China improves in 2021
2021年全國(guó)安全生產(chǎn)事故總量下降9%

China saw fewer workplace accidents and related deaths last year as the government stepped up efforts to ensure workplace safety, official data showed. In 2021, the number of workplace accidents in the country dropped 9% year on year, with the death toll dropping 4 percent, said the Ministry of Emergency Management, adding that no extraordinarily serious accident took place last year.
應(yīng)急管理部發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2021年全國(guó)加大力度確保安全生產(chǎn)，與2020年相比，各類生產(chǎn)安全事故總數(shù)與死亡人數(shù)分別下降9%、4%。全年未發(fā)生特別重大事故。

A new amendment to the country's Law on Workplace Safety went into force in September last year, which stipulates heavier penalties for workplace safety violations and adds provisions concerning the new situation of workplace safety in emerging industries, including the platform economy.
去年9月，新修訂的安全生產(chǎn)法開(kāi)始施行，加大對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)違法行為的懲處力度。此外，針對(duì)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)等新興行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的安全生產(chǎn)新情況，新修改的安全生產(chǎn)法也增加了相關(guān)規(guī)定。

Shanghai used a record $22.55 billion in foreign capital last year, up 11.5 percent year-on-year, said Mayor Gong Zheng, at a news conference after the municipal people's congress meeting on Sunday.

Sixty multinational companies established regional headquarters in Shanghai last year, raising the total to 831, and the companies also set up another 25 regional research and development centers in the city, which now number 506, he said. "
龔正表示，去年上海新增跨國(guó)公司地區(qū)總部60家、累計(jì)達(dá)到831家，新增外資研發(fā)中心25家、累計(jì)達(dá)到506家。

That shows Shanghai is still the destination of choice for foreign investment and multinational companies when they plan supply chains and locate innovation centers," he said.
這說(shuō)明，上海仍然是外商投資的一片熱土，是跨國(guó)公司布局產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈的首選地之一。
