2021年12月份商品住宅銷售價格環(huán)比呈降勢 同比漲幅回落

1月15日,國家統(tǒng)計局發(fā)布2021年12月份70個大中城市商品住宅銷售價格變動情況。
China continued to see a generally stable housing market in December 2021, with home prices in 70 major cities showing slight month-on-month declines, official data showed Saturday.
2021年12月份,70個大中城市商品住宅銷售價格環(huán)比總體延續(xù)四季度以來的下降態(tài)勢。
New home prices in four first-tier cities -- Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou -- edged down 0.1 percent month-on-month on average in December although price movements diverged, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
據(jù)測算,12月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格環(huán)比由上月持平轉(zhuǎn)為下降0.1%。
New home prices in Beijing were largely flat from a month earlier, while Shanghai reported a 0.4-percent increase. Prices in Guangzhou and Shenzhen fell 0.6 percent and 0.1 percent, respectively.
其中,北京環(huán)比持平,上海上漲0.4%,廣州、深圳分別下降0.6%和0.1%。
Contrary to the general cooling of prices for new buildings, prices in the second-hand home market in the four cities picked up 0.1 percent month-on-month in December.
一線城市二手住宅銷售價格環(huán)比上漲0.1%。
In the 31 second-tier and 35 third-tier cities, new home prices dropped 0.3 percent month-on-month in both markets.
二線城市和三線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格環(huán)比均下降0.3%。
On a year-on-year basis, new home prices in first-tier cities rose 4.4 percent in December, down from the 4.8-percent growth seen in November, while those in second-tier and third-tier cities went up 2.8 percent and 0.9 percent, respectively.
據(jù)測算,12月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格同比上漲4.4%,漲幅比上月分別回落0.4。二線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格同比上漲2.8%。三線城市新建商品住宅同比上漲0.9%。
"In general, home prices in the 70 monitored cities have continued the declining trend seen since the fourth quarter of last year," said Sheng Guoqing, a senior NBS statistician.
對此,國家統(tǒng)計局城市司首席統(tǒng)計師繩國慶解讀稱,2021年12月份,70個大中城市商品住宅銷售價格環(huán)比總體延續(xù)四季度以來的下降態(tài)勢,同比漲幅回落。
