The country will further open up the economy and carry out cross-cyclical adjustments to support medium, small and micro-sized foreign trade companies, and guarantee their orders and stabilize expectations, according to guidelines on further stabilizing foreign trade released by the State Council.
近日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于做好跨周期調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)一步穩(wěn)外貿(mào)的意見(jiàn)》指出，要進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大開(kāi)放，做好跨周期調(diào)節(jié)，助企紓困特別是扶持中小微外貿(mào)企業(yè)，努力保訂單、穩(wěn)預(yù)期。

The guidelines detailed 15 measures including fiscal and financial support for foreign trade companies as well as incentives for new forms of businesses in foreign trade.
《意見(jiàn)》提出15條政策措施，包括加強(qiáng)對(duì)外貿(mào)企業(yè)財(cái)稅金融政策支持，以及進(jìn)一步鼓勵(lì)外貿(mào)新業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展等。

China will also adopt measures to ease the supply chain risks for foreign trade companies and encourage them to sign long-term deals with shipping firms.
《意見(jiàn)》指出，要采取措施緩解國(guó)際物流等外貿(mào)供應(yīng)鏈壓力。鼓勵(lì)外貿(mào)企業(yè)與航運(yùn)企業(yè)簽訂長(zhǎng)期協(xié)議。

The guidelines stressed efforts on imports of bulk commodities to ensure sufficient domestic supply.

The country will further enhance trade liberalization and facilitation, and use the implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership as an opportunity to further stabilize foreign trade, the guidelines said.

China produced an estimated 1.03 billion tons of steel last year, down 35 million tons from 2020, said the China Iron and Steel Association on Monday.
