當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間1月12日，中國(guó)與敘利亞正式簽署《關(guān)于共同推進(jìn)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路建設(shè)的諒解備忘錄》，敘利亞正式成為共建“一帶一路”大家庭的新成員。

The ceremony of Syria's admission into the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) took place at the Planning and International Cooperation Commission in the capital Damascus and was attended by Fadi Khalil, the head of the commission, and Feng Biao, China's ambassador to Syria, during which both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Syria joining the BRI.

中國(guó)駐敘利亞大使馮飚與敘利亞計(jì)劃與國(guó)際合作署署長(zhǎng)法迪·哈利勒分別代表兩國(guó)政府，12日在大馬士革簽署 “一帶一路”合作諒解備忘錄。

馮飚在簽字儀式上表示，中敘簽署“一帶一路”合作諒解備忘錄，為雙方在新的歷史條件下深化務(wù)實(shí)合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)“一帶一路”倡議與敘總統(tǒng)巴沙爾提出的“東向”戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接（the harmonization between the BRI and the eastward strategy proposed by Syria），為中方未來(lái)參與敘經(jīng)濟(jì)重建（the economic reconstruction）提供了行動(dòng)目標(biāo)、指南和綱領(lǐng)。

Khalil noted that Syria had been one of the main countries on the ancient Silk Road particularly the cities of Aleppo and Palmyra.He pointed out that the signing of Syria's admission into the initiative reflects an ancient and long history of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

哈利勒表示，敘中關(guān)系源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，敘利亞的阿勒頗、巴爾米拉曾是古代絲綢之路上的重要城市。

Khalil said the admission of Syria into the initiative will help in boosting bilateral cooperation with China and multilateral cooperation with other countries, which are desirous of cooperating with Syria.

敘利亞加入“一帶一路”倡議將增進(jìn)敘中兩國(guó)在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的友好合作，也將推動(dòng)敘利亞和周邊國(guó)家開展合作。

截至目前，已有近150個(gè)國(guó)家和32個(gè)國(guó)際組織加入“一帶一路”倡議。

The initiative has become the widest international cooperation platform in the world.

“一帶一路”也已成為當(dāng)今世界范圍最廣、規(guī)模最大的國(guó)際合作平臺(tái)。
