The purchasing managers' index (PMI) for China's manufacturing sector came in at 50.3 in December, up from 50.1 in November, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Friday.據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計局數(shù)據(jù)，12月份，中國制造業(yè)采購經(jīng)理指數(shù)(PMI)為50.3%，比上月上升0.2個百分點。

The rise came after the country had revved up supports to ensure adequate supply, stabilize market prices and ease the pressure of companies, said NBS senior statistician Zhao Qinghe.國家統(tǒng)計局服務業(yè)調(diào)查中心高級統(tǒng)計師趙慶河稱，隨著一系列保供穩(wěn)價和助企紓困等穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟發(fā)展政策力度加大，制造業(yè)景氣水平得到了回升。

采購經(jīng)理指數(shù) ( the purchasing managers' index, usually referred to as PMI),是通過對企業(yè)采購經(jīng)理的月度調(diào)查結(jié)果統(tǒng)計匯總、編制而成的綜合指數(shù)（composite index），由五個分類指數(shù)(sub-index)，即新訂單(new sales orders )指數(shù)、生產(chǎn)（production levels）指數(shù)、從業(yè)人員（employment）指數(shù)、供應商配送時間（supplier deliveries）指數(shù)、主要原材料庫存（stocks of raw materials ）指數(shù)加權(quán)而成。

該指數(shù)是國際上通用的監(jiān)測宏觀經(jīng)濟走勢的先行性指數(shù)之一，具有較強的預測、預警作用。PMI高于50%時，反映經(jīng)濟總體較上月擴張 (a reading above 50 indicates expansion)；低于50%，則反映經(jīng)濟總體較上月收縮（a reading below reflects contraction）。

The sub-index measuring purchase prices of major raw materials dropped 4.8 percentage points from November to 48.1. The ex-factory price index fell to 45.5, down 3.4 percentage points from last month.This is the second consecutive month that the two indices saw a decline.從分類指數(shù)來看，主要原材料購進價格指數(shù)和出廠價格指數(shù)分別為48.1%和45.5%，低于上月4.8和3.4個百分點，連續(xù)兩個月回落。

The sub-index for production reached 51.4, remaining in the expansion area, which reflects the growth momentum of the manufacturing sector.生產(chǎn)指數(shù)為51.4%，高于臨界點，反映制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)繼續(xù)保持增長。

The purchasing managers' index (PMI) for China's non-manufacturing sector came in at 52.7 in December, up from 52.3 in November, according to the NBS.國家統(tǒng)計局的數(shù)據(jù)還顯示，12月份，非制造業(yè)商務活動指數(shù)為52.7%，高于上月的52.3%。
