>Chinese regions modify childbirth regulations
20余省完成人口計生條例修改

More than 20 provincial-level regions of China have completed modifications to their local childbirth regulations since the country passed an amendment to its Population and Family Planning Law in August.
自今年8月人口與計劃生育法完成修改以來，我國20余個省份完成地方人口計生條例修改。

Localities including Beijing, Sichuan and Jiangxi have rolled out supportive measures increasing leave for couples, such as offering parental leave, extending maternity and marriage leave, and increasing paternity leave.
北京、四川、江西等地推出增設育兒假、延長產(chǎn)假和婚假、增加陪產(chǎn)假等生育支持措施。

"Government should play a leading role in sharing the cost of childbearing," National Health Commission official Yang Wenzhuang said, calling for more supportive measures in nursery services, childbearing subsidies and tax cuts.
國家衛(wèi)生健康委人口監(jiān)測與家庭發(fā)展司司長楊文莊說，"對于生育成本要有合理分擔機制，政府應發(fā)揮主導作用。" 他呼吁，托育服務、家庭育兒津貼、稅費減免等相關配套措施也要及時跟上。

The amendment to the Population and Family Planning Law allows couples to have three children and stipulates supportive measures.
修改后的人口與計劃生育法規(guī)定，一對夫妻可以生育三個子女 ，國家為三孩生育政策提供配套支持措施。

>Insurance fraud crackdown extended
醫(yī)保騙保專項整治延長一年

A national operation involving police and health authorities cracking down on medical insurance fraud will be extended another year, the National Healthcare Security Administration said on Wednesday. The operation had been scheduled to conclude by the end of this year.
國家醫(yī)療保障局12月8日表示，將醫(yī)保騙保專項整治行動結(jié)束時間由2021年12月底延長至2022年12月底。

The operation, jointly launched in April by the NHSA, the Ministry of Public Security and the National Health Commission, has achieved positive results, senior NHSA official Jiang Chengjia said at a press briefing.
國家醫(yī)保局基金監(jiān)管司司長蔣成嘉當日在媒體通氣會上介紹，今年4月，國家醫(yī)保局聯(lián)合公安部、國家衛(wèi)生健康委等部門，開展打擊欺詐騙保專項整治行動，工作取得積極成效。

By the end of October, a total of 3,970 cases had been investigated in the course of the joint operation, and the national medical insurance fund had suspended service contracts with 142 medical institutions and terminated contracts with 61 institutions, Jiang said.
截至10月底，全國醫(yī)保部門共查處涉及“三假”案件3970起，暫停醫(yī)保服務協(xié)議142家、解除醫(yī)保服務協(xié)議61家。

Notable progress has been made in curbing medical insurance fraud since the NHSA was founded in 2018, Jiang said.
蔣成嘉表示，國家醫(yī)保局2018年成立以來，打擊欺詐騙保方面取得成效。

Healthcare security regulatory agencies across China conducted approximately 2.34 million inspections of medical institutions related to insurance fraud from 2018 to October this year. Through these inspections, approximately 50.6 billion yuan in medical insurance funds were recovered, Jiang said.
2018年至2021年10月共檢查定點醫(yī)藥機構(gòu)約234萬家次，累計追回醫(yī)?；鸺s506億元。

>Agricultural modernization plan released
2035年基本實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化

The State Council has released a plan to advance agricultural and rural modernization during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), Deng Xiaogang, vice minister of agricultural and rural affairs, said at a news conference on Wednesday.
12月8日，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部副部長鄧小剛在吹風會上表示，近日國務院印發(fā)了《"十四五"推進農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化規(guī)劃》。

After five years of efforts, the foundation of agriculture is expected to be further consolidated, comprehensive progress is expected in rural vitalization and significant advancement is expected in modernizing agricultural and rural areas.
《規(guī)劃》提出，通過五年的努力，到2025年，農(nóng)業(yè)基礎更加穩(wěn)固，鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略全面推進，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化取得重要進展。

Regions with better conditions will take the lead in basically realizing agricultural and rural modernization, while consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation will be effectively aligned with rural vitalization in regions that have shaken off poverty.
梯次推進有條件的地區(qū)率先基本實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化，脫貧地區(qū)實現(xiàn)鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅成果同鄉(xiāng)村振興有效銜接。

By 2035, China will have made decisive progress in rural vitalization, and modernization of agriculture and rural areas will be basically achieved.
