近日，交通運(yùn)輸部、中央宣傳部、中央網(wǎng)信辦、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、公安部、人力資源社會(huì)保障部、國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局、中華全國(guó)總工會(huì)聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)交通運(yùn)輸新業(yè)態(tài)從業(yè)人員權(quán)益保障工作的意見(jiàn)》。

The guideline said ride-hailing companies must inform drivers of the amount of commission the platform takes after each transaction.
意見(jiàn)明確，每次訂單完成后，網(wǎng)約車平臺(tái)企業(yè)應(yīng)列明該訂單總金額中的抽成情況。

【詞匯講解】

The platforms are also required to solicit opinions from drivers, trade unions and industry associations before making or adjusting pricing and income distribution plans, which will be made public a month prior to their implementation.

The platforms are encouraged to take part in pilot programs of occupational injury insurance to ensure that drivers are protected while working for the platforms.
意見(jiàn)提出，鼓勵(lì)網(wǎng)約車平臺(tái)企業(yè)積極參加職業(yè)傷害保障試點(diǎn)，為網(wǎng)約車駕駛員在線服務(wù)期間勞動(dòng)安全提供保障。
