>Wind power reaches major milestone
風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)裝機(jī)突破3億千瓦

China's installed capacity of grid-connected wind power has reached 300.15 million kilowatts, double that of 2016 and the highest in the world for 12 consecutive years, the National Energy Administration said on Monday. According to the administration, China's installed capacity for wind power connected to the grid is 1.4 times the total installed capacity of wind power in the European Union by the end of 2020 and 2.6 times that of the United States.
國(guó)家能源局11月29日表示，截至目前，我國(guó)風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)裝機(jī)容量達(dá)到30015萬千瓦，較2016年底實(shí)現(xiàn)翻番，是2020年底歐盟風(fēng)電總裝機(jī)的1.4倍、是美國(guó)的2.6倍，已連續(xù)12年穩(wěn)居全球第一。

With its contribution to the country's power supply continuously increasing, wind power currently accounts for 13 percent of the country's total power installation. Generating capacity of wind power accounts for 7.5 percent of total power consumption. The two figures were up 0.3 and 1.3 percentage points, respectively, compared to 2020, the administration said.
風(fēng)電對(duì)全國(guó)電力供應(yīng)的貢獻(xiàn)不斷提升，全國(guó)風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)裝機(jī)占全國(guó)電源總裝機(jī)比例約13%，發(fā)電量占全社會(huì)用電量比例約7.5%，較2020年底分別提升0.3和1.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

China, which accounts for more than two-thirds of the world's wind turbine output, has been continuously cementing its position as the world's largest wind turbine manufacturer in recent years.
我國(guó)風(fēng)電機(jī)組產(chǎn)量已占據(jù)全球三分之二以上市場(chǎng)份額，全球最大風(fēng)機(jī)制造國(guó)地位持續(xù)鞏固加強(qiáng)。

>Urban salaries continue to rise
城鎮(zhèn)單位平均工資數(shù)據(jù)出爐

The annual salaries of people working in urban areas have risen continuously over the last few years. According to a yearbook published by the National Bureau of Statistics this month, workers in urban non-private units and companies saw their annual salaries increase by 7.6 percent last year, following rises of 9.8 percent in 2019 and 11 percent in 2018.
根據(jù)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局本月發(fā)布的《中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒-2021》，近年來，全國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)單位就業(yè)人員年平均工資保持逐年增長(zhǎng)的態(tài)勢(shì)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2018年至2020年，我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)非私營(yíng)單位就業(yè)人員年平均工資同比分別增長(zhǎng)11.0%、9.8%、7.6%。

People in information transmission, software and information technology services in administrative units and non-private companies earned the most, with annual pay averaging over 177,500 yuan last year. They were followed in the salary rankings by those in scientific research and technology in the non-private sector, whose average annual pay was around 140,000 yuan. Jobs in finance ranked third in the non-private sector, with annual pay of about 133,400 yuan per year.
非私營(yíng)單位就業(yè)人員平均工資排在前三位的分別是"信息傳輸、軟件和信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)"、"科學(xué)研究和技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)"、"金融業(yè)"，年平均工資分別為17.75萬元、14萬元和13.34萬元。

Surveys and reports have showed jobs requiring higher technology, education and work skills usually pay more.
調(diào)查和報(bào)告顯示，需要更高技術(shù)、教育水平和工作技能的工作通常報(bào)酬更高。

The salaries vary in different professions, with management posts in information technology firms earning the most.
不同職業(yè)的薪水各不相同，信息技術(shù)公司的管理職位工資最高。

>Palace Museum tests free access for juveniles
故宮試行免費(fèi)對(duì)未成年人開放

The Palace Museum in Beijing announced a test run on Monday to promote free access for juveniles.
故宮博物院11月29日宣布試行免費(fèi)對(duì)未成年人開放。

According to the official website of the museum on Monday, trial operations for free access for those below 18 will begin on Dec 10. Reservation for the free entry tickets will go online at 8 pm, Dec 3. The free entry policy also applies to the treasure gallery and the clock gallery, which normally require an extra ticket to enter. Ticket reservations can be made via a website or the WeChat account of the museum.
根據(jù)故宮博物院官網(wǎng)發(fā)布的消息，2021年12月3日20時(shí)起，可通過故宮博物院售票網(wǎng)站、“故宮博物院觀眾服務(wù)”微信公眾號(hào)預(yù)約2021年12月10日以后的未成年人免費(fèi)門票(含珍寶館、鐘表館)。

The policy will be adjusted according to public opinion during the test run.
試行期間，故宮博物院將根據(jù)公眾意見、建議，不斷完善票務(wù)服務(wù)管理體系。

The Palace Museum in Beijing, also known as the Forbidden City, was China's imperial palace from 1420 to 1911.

Over 1.8 million cultural relics are housed in the venue.

>Beijing to standardize foreign-language signs
北京加強(qiáng)國(guó)際交往語言環(huán)境建設(shè)

Beijing has recently issued a regulation requiring the setup of standardized Chinese and foreign-language signs in five categories of public venues, the foreign affairs office of the municipal government said.
北京市人民政府外事辦公室稱，近日通過的《北京市國(guó)際交往語言環(huán)境建設(shè)條例》要求，五大類公共場(chǎng)所的漢字標(biāo)識(shí)須同時(shí)設(shè)置外語標(biāo)識(shí)。

The regulation is aimed at elevating Beijing's international service level, improving its function as an international exchange center and promoting the high-level opening up and high-quality development of the capital city.
該條例旨在推進(jìn)國(guó)際交往中心功能建設(shè)，促進(jìn)北京市高水平開放和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，提升城市國(guó)際化服務(wù)水平。

The five categories include public transport venues such as airports and railway stations, venues for large-scale international events like sports, conferences and expos, communities with a mass of foreigners, emergency shelters and other significant public venues of culture, tourism and sports.
五大類公共場(chǎng)所包括民用機(jī)場(chǎng)、火車站等城市公共交通站點(diǎn)；國(guó)際體育賽事、國(guó)際會(huì)議、國(guó)際展會(huì)等大型國(guó)際活動(dòng)承辦、接待場(chǎng)所；引進(jìn)境外人才聚集的社區(qū)；應(yīng)急避難場(chǎng)所；文化、旅游、體育等其他重要公共場(chǎng)所等。

The regulation will take effect on Jan 1.
條例將自2022年1月1日起施行。
