中央軍委人才工作會(huì)議11月26日至28日召開。中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平出席會(huì)議并發(fā)表重要講話。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，要貫徹中央人才工作會(huì)議精神，深入實(shí)施新時(shí)代人才強(qiáng)軍戰(zhàn)略，確保為實(shí)現(xiàn)建軍一百年奮斗目標(biāo)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)支撐。
President Xi Jinping has called for implementing the spirit of the September central conference on talent-related work and training of competent military personnel for building a strong army in the new era, to lend solid support to the realization of the goals set for the centenary of the People's Liberation Army that falls in 2027. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (CPC) and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), made the remarks when speaking at a CMC conference on military talent-related work from Nov 26 to 28.

習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，實(shí)施新時(shí)代人才強(qiáng)軍戰(zhàn)略，要統(tǒng)籌全局、突出重點(diǎn)，全面推進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)、使用、評(píng)價(jià)、服務(wù)、支持、激勵(lì)等各項(xiàng)工作，以重點(diǎn)突破帶動(dòng)整體提升。要在黨和國(guó)家人才工作大盤子中謀劃推進(jìn)我軍人才工作，堅(jiān)持軍事需求導(dǎo)向，搞好規(guī)劃對(duì)接、政策對(duì)接、工作對(duì)接，形成我軍人才工作高效推進(jìn)的良好局面。

精準(zhǔn)高效配置軍事人力資源，確保人才得到最佳配置、發(fā)揮最大效能。要堅(jiān)持分類施策，抓好聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)指揮人才、新型作戰(zhàn)力量人才、高層次科技創(chuàng)新人才、高水平戰(zhàn)略管理人才培養(yǎng)使用，發(fā)揮好軍士和文職人員作用。
The military should precisely and effectively allocate military human resources, and assign professionals to positions that can best utilize their expertise. It should adopt targeted policies based on types of armed forces and designate more resources in the cultivation and management of professionals specializing in joint operations command, new combat forces, high-level scientific and technological innovation, and high-quality strategic management. It should also make the best use of noncommissioned officers and civilian employees.
