為實(shí)施積極應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代老齡工作，提升廣大老年人的獲得感、幸福感、安全感，日前，《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代老齡工作的意見》正式發(fā)布。
China has released a guideline for measures to further implement its national strategy to address population aging, step up its efforts to tackle the problem in the new era, and boost the sense of fulfillment, happiness and safety among the elderly. The guideline was jointly issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.

《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代老齡工作的意見》從健全養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系、完善老年人健康支撐體系、促進(jìn)老年人社會(huì)參與、著力構(gòu)建老年友好型社會(huì)、積極培育銀發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)等五個(gè)方面提出具體工作要求，列出了創(chuàng)新居家社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式、建立基本養(yǎng)老服務(wù)清單制度、完善多層次養(yǎng)老保障體系、深入推進(jìn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合、擴(kuò)大老年教育資源供給、加強(qiáng)老年人權(quán)益保障、發(fā)展適老產(chǎn)業(yè)等相關(guān)舉措，促進(jìn)老年人養(yǎng)老服務(wù)、健康服務(wù)、社會(huì)保障、社會(huì)參與、權(quán)益保障等統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展，推動(dòng)老齡事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，走出一條中國(guó)特色積極應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化道路。

讓老年人能有一個(gè)幸福美滿的晚年，是各級(jí)黨委和政府的重要責(zé)任。要發(fā)展普惠型養(yǎng)老服務(wù)，完善社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Ensuring a happy life for the elderly people in their later years is a vital responsibility of Party committees and governments at all levels. More efforts are needed to develop all-inclusive elderly care services and improve the networks for community-based service centers for elderly home-care.
