近日，國(guó)務(wù)院批復(fù)同意實(shí)施《“十四五”對(duì)外貿(mào)易高質(zhì)量發(fā)展規(guī)劃》。規(guī)劃提出，加快培育參與國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)，開創(chuàng)開放合作、包容普惠、共享共贏的國(guó)際貿(mào)易新局面，推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)互促共進(jìn)，為開啟全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家新征程和推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體作出新貢獻(xiàn)。
The State Council has approved a plan to promote high-quality development of foreign trade during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). To make China a modern socialist country and build a community with a shared future for mankind, the plan calls for cultivating new advantages in global economic cooperation and competition, and creating a new prospect for international trade featuring openness, cooperation, inclusiveness, benefits for all, sharing and win-win outcomes, and facilitating dual circulation.

《“十四五”對(duì)外貿(mào)易高質(zhì)量發(fā)展規(guī)劃》明確“十四五”時(shí)期將努力實(shí)現(xiàn)貿(mào)易綜合實(shí)力進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)、協(xié)調(diào)創(chuàng)新水平進(jìn)一步提高、暢通循環(huán)能力進(jìn)一步提升、貿(mào)易開放合作進(jìn)一步深化、貿(mào)易安全體系進(jìn)一步完善等目標(biāo)，并提出到2035年，外貿(mào)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展躍上新臺(tái)階。
規(guī)劃明確了十項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)任務(wù)，包括優(yōu)化貨物貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展服務(wù)貿(mào)易、加快發(fā)展貿(mào)易新業(yè)態(tài)、提升貿(mào)易數(shù)字化水平、構(gòu)建綠色貿(mào)易體系、推進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化、保障外貿(mào)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈暢通運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、深化“一帶一路”貿(mào)易暢通合作、強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控體系和營(yíng)造良好發(fā)展環(huán)境等。

Through the China International Import Expo and other platforms of opening up, we will continue to support companies from around the world in exploring business opportunities in China. We will tap into the growth potential of foreign trade with a view to boosting growth in international trade and the world economy. China will encourage cross-border e-commerce and other new business forms and models to grow even quicker to foster new drivers of foreign trade.
