Xuelong 2, China's first domestically built polar icebreaker, set off Tuesday from Shanghai for the country's 38th Antarctic scientific expedition.
11月23日，我國(guó)第一艘自主建造的極地科學(xué)考察破冰船"雪龍2"號(hào)從上海啟程，執(zhí)行中國(guó)第38次南極科學(xué)考察任務(wù)。

The vessel, carrying a 101-member team, will work with the icebreaker Xuelong, which set sail on Nov 5 with 154 members on board for the polar expedition, the Polar Research Institute of China said.
中國(guó)極地研究中心介紹稱(chēng)，此次"雪龍2"號(hào)共搭載南極科學(xué)考察隊(duì)第二批101名隊(duì)員，他們將與"雪龍"號(hào)隊(duì)員合作開(kāi)展科學(xué)考察任務(wù)。11月5日，搭載第一批154名隊(duì)員的"雪龍"號(hào)極地科學(xué)考察船啟程。

Hydrological, meteorological, and environmental investigations in the South Pole and monitoring of new pollutants like microplastics and drifting garbage in the Antarctic Ocean will take place during this scientific expedition. It will also carry supply and rotational staff to China's Zhongshan Station and Great Wall Station in the region.
據(jù)介紹，此次南極考察將開(kāi)展水文氣象、生態(tài)環(huán)境等科學(xué)調(diào)查工作，執(zhí)行南大洋微塑料、海漂垃圾等新型污染物監(jiān)測(cè)任務(wù)，并對(duì)南極中山站、長(zhǎng)城站進(jìn)行越冬人員輪換及物資補(bǔ)給。

The two ships are expected to return to China in mid-April next year.
根據(jù)安排，中國(guó)第38次南極科學(xué)考察隊(duì)將于2022年4月中旬返回國(guó)內(nèi)。

國(guó)家級(jí)'小巨人'企業(yè)達(dá)4762家

China has incubated 4,762 national-level "little giant" enterprises to date, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Tuesday.
工業(yè)和信息化部11月23日表示，目前已培育國(guó)家級(jí)"小巨人"企業(yè)4762家。

"Little giant" firms are small enterprises still in the early stage of development that focus on the new generations of information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, biomedicine and other high-end fields.
"小巨人"企業(yè)是指專(zhuān)注于新一代信息技術(shù)、高端裝備制造、新能源、新材料、生物醫(yī)藥等高端領(lǐng)域，且處于發(fā)展初期的小型企業(yè)。

The operating incomes and total profits of "little giant" enterprises respectively increased 31.6 and 67.9 percent in the first nine months of this year, Xu Xiaolan, vice minister of the MIIT, said at a news briefing.
工信部副部長(zhǎng)徐曉蘭在吹風(fēng)會(huì)上表示，2021年1至9月，"小巨人"企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)收入、利潤(rùn)總額同比分別增長(zhǎng)31.6%、67.9%。

The "little giant" enterprises have strong innovation capacities and development resilience, Xu said, adding a majority are operating in basic industrial fields and have invested more than 10 million yuan in research and development.
"小巨人"企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)勁、發(fā)展韌性足，多數(shù)企業(yè)屬于工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)領(lǐng)域，超五成研發(fā)投入在1000萬(wàn)元以上。

By the end of October, more than 70 percent of "little giant" enterprises were able to obtain loans, and their average loan balance was 75.26 million yuan.
截至10月末，"小巨人"企業(yè)整體獲貸率超過(guò)七成，戶(hù)均貸款余額為7526萬(wàn)元。

>Hong Kong plans to issue green bonds
香港特區(qū)政府將發(fā)人民幣綠債

The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region plans to issue renminbi-denominated green bonds to further strengthen Hong Kong's status as an offshore RMB hub and green financial center.
為進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化香港作為離岸人民幣樞紐和綠色金融中心的功能，香港特區(qū)政府將發(fā)行人民幣綠色債券。

Fitch Ratings assigned Hong Kong's proposed RMB-denominated bonds an "AA-" rating.
惠譽(yù)評(píng)級(jí)給香港擬發(fā)行的人民幣債券評(píng)級(jí)為"AA-"。

Proceeds from the bonds will be used to finance or refinance green projects as set out in the government's green bond framework, the agency said in a commentary posted on Monday.

The move shows the SAR's strong promotion of green finance development, and it will encourage more investors from the Chinese mainland to issue offshore green bonds and accelerate low-carbon construction, analysts said.
