近日，東方衛(wèi)視裝修真人秀節(jié)目《夢想改造家》在網(wǎng)絡上引發(fā)了部分網(wǎng)友的爭議和質(zhì)疑。

Many social media users accusing an architect on the show of overriding the wishes of rural property owners with his artistic preferences.

許多網(wǎng)友在社交媒體上指責節(jié)目中的建筑師不顧農(nóng)民房主的意愿，將自己的藝術(shù)偏好強加于人。

《夢想改造家》是由東方衛(wèi)視打造的一檔家裝改造節(jié)目，每一期家庭分別代表、折射一部分人群。具體的家庭故事圍繞主人公背景、居住煩惱和對夢想中家的憧憬展開。

最新引發(fā)瘋狂吐槽的這期節(jié)目，委托人是一位地道的農(nóng)民老杜，生活在甘肅省白銀市水泉鎮(zhèn)牙溝水村。他家里是一個大家族同住。根據(jù)節(jié)目中的展示，小院里一度有多達20口人一起生活。節(jié)目中設(shè)計師團隊需要改造設(shè)計的是一個已經(jīng)建成40年的、由土和磚構(gòu)建成圍合式小院。

節(jié)目中，老人先表達了自己對改造的要求和期待：靠近城市現(xiàn)代化、外觀整體要洋氣、類似二層小別墅的精致。

The architect, Tao Lei, was commissioned to renovate a rural family house in the northwestern Gansu province into a two-story Western-style villa for the popular TV show “Dream House.” However, he managed to convince the family members to adopt more local aesthetics in a minimalist design — the house combines wooden panels with cement and bricks, which are also partly used to create geometric patterns on the walls.
建筑師陶磊接到《夢想改造家》的委托將甘肅省西北部的一座農(nóng)村家庭住宅改造成一棟兩層的西式別墅。然而，他說服了這家人接受帶有本土美學的極簡主義設(shè)計——改造的房屋將木板與水泥和磚塊結(jié)合在一起，還用它們在墻上勾勒出幾何圖案。

“I believe concrete and red brick are the best architectural forms,” Tao said in the program.
陶磊在節(jié)目中表示：“我認為混凝土和紅磚是最好的建筑形式。”

不過，陶磊的設(shè)計沒能像以往節(jié)目讓人倍感驚艷不說，反倒引發(fā)無數(shù)瘋狂吐槽，其中最大的質(zhì)疑就是“花了農(nóng)民132萬元建的卻是紅磚毛坯房”。

經(jīng)過改造的農(nóng)家小院，建筑部分幾乎全都被改成了紅磚為外墻，并且沒有再加任何涂飾。

通過節(jié)目鏡頭，觀眾還發(fā)現(xiàn)，像主臥這樣的房間頂上直接保留了混凝土的清水模樣，周圍用來隔開房間的也只是木板。洗手間的盥洗臺同樣也是使用的混凝土的毛坯樣子，甚至有眼尖的網(wǎng)友發(fā)現(xiàn)“邊角都沒有打磨一下”。

不僅如此，室內(nèi)采光也被網(wǎng)友吐槽，廚房暗，走廊更暗。

而老人想要的二層小樓由于前期費用花超了，只有主屋部分有二層。從一樓到二樓的樓梯，不僅陡度大，臺階高，還很窄，不利于老人爬樓。

Although the family didn’t express their dislike of the final outcome, audiences, however, picked apart the design, as well as the 1.32 million yuan ($206,800) price tag for the construction. Many of them took to microblogging platform Weibo to accuse the architect of manipulating the family to pay for his artistic but impractical ideas, with some comparing a neighboring Western-style villa to be of superior design.
盡管這家人沒有表達他們對最終結(jié)果的不滿，但觀眾們還是無法把這棟建筑和132萬元的改造成本聯(lián)系在一起。許多觀眾在微博上指責這位建筑師強迫房主一家為他藝術(shù)但不切實際的想法買單，一些人將附近一棟西式別墅與之相比，認為其設(shè)計更為優(yōu)越。

“It looks like an art museum instead of a residential building,” one user said, adding that the geometric shapes on the exterior walls would not be suitable for the freezing winter temperatures in the northwest region.

Responding to the criticism, producers of the program aired on Shanghai-based Dragon TV said Sunday that the project hadn’t been completed yet, and they would cover half of the construction costs along with the family. 
11月22日，針對網(wǎng)友的抨擊，《夢想改造家》節(jié)目組回應稱，該項目尚未完工，節(jié)目組將與房主家人各分擔一半改造成本。

However, many social media users argued that the family should be spared any of the costs.
然而，許多網(wǎng)友認為，老人一家不應該承擔任何費用。

With limited project opportunities and strict construction requirements in urban areas, many young architects look to rural areas to exercise their creativity, industry insiders told Sixth Tone.
業(yè)內(nèi)人士對《第六聲》表示，由于城市地區(qū)的項目機會有限，建筑要求嚴格，許多年輕建筑師將目光投向農(nóng)村地區(qū)，以發(fā)揮他們的創(chuàng)造力。

A Beijing-based architect, surnamed Zhou, said the architect’s vision on the TV show was “thoughtful,” adding he disagreed with the negative comments online.
北京一位周姓建筑師表示，建筑師陶磊在電視節(jié)目中的設(shè)想是“深思熟慮的”，他不同意網(wǎng)上的負面評論。

“Today’s bricks can serve as structure, heat insulation, and decoration at the same time, and these new aesthetics should be gradually accepted,” he told Sixth Tone.
他告訴《第六聲》：“如今磚可以同時用作結(jié)構(gòu)、隔熱和裝飾，這些新的美學應該逐漸被接受?！?br>

然而，設(shè)計師出于藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作的熱情為業(yè)主出謀劃策，職業(yè)精神值得肯定和尊重，但也要認清，房子不只是展現(xiàn)自己設(shè)計DNA、理念和能力的實驗場，更是別人的家。

藝術(shù)源于生活，不能因前衛(wèi)的理念，而脫離了具體實際，不能因精英的思維，而忽視了大眾審美。好的作品，一定是拉近彼此距離、雅俗共賞。
