全軍裝備工作會(huì)議10月25日至26日在京召開(kāi)。中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平作出重要指示。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，全面開(kāi)創(chuàng)武器裝備建設(shè)新局面，為實(shí)現(xiàn)建軍一百年奮斗目標(biāo)作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。
President Xi Jinping has urged efforts to break new ground in the development of the country's military weaponry and equipment, and contribute to the realization of the goals set for the centenary of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), made the remarks at a military-wide conference on weaponry and equipment-related work, which was held on Oct 25 and 26.

當(dāng)前，新一輪科技革命、產(chǎn)業(yè)革命、軍事革命正快速演進(jìn)，現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)信息化程度不斷提高、智能化特征日益顯現(xiàn)，為推進(jìn)武器裝備現(xiàn)代化提供了難得機(jī)遇，也提出了更高要求。面對(duì)時(shí)代之變、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)之變、對(duì)手之變、科技之變，我們只有堅(jiān)定決心意志，增強(qiáng)緊迫意識(shí)，埋頭苦干實(shí)干，加緊構(gòu)建武器裝備現(xiàn)代化管理體系，才能全面開(kāi)創(chuàng)武器裝備建設(shè)新局面，為實(shí)現(xiàn)建軍一百年奮斗目標(biāo)作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。

【重要講話】
“十三五”時(shí)期，我軍武器裝備建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展、取得歷史性成就，為提升國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略能力特別是軍事實(shí)力提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)物質(zhì)技術(shù)支撐。希望同志們加緊推進(jìn)“十四五”規(guī)劃任務(wù)落實(shí)，加緊構(gòu)建武器裝備現(xiàn)代化管理體系。
Historic achievements have been made in weaponry and equipment development over the past five years, and such progress has served as the material and technological underpinning for the country's strategic capabilities, military strength in particular. Efforts should be made to accelerate the implementation of tasks for the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) and advance the building of a modernized management system for weaponry and equipment.
