The Kunming Declaration was adopted Wednesday at the ongoing 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) in Kunming, Southwest China's Yunnan province.
10月13日，聯(lián)合國(guó)《生物多樣性公約》第十五次締約方大會(huì)第一階段會(huì)議正式通過(guò)"昆明宣言"。

The Kunming Declaration is a political declaration and the main achievement of this conference. "
昆明宣言"是一個(gè)政治性宣言，是此次大會(huì)的主要成果。

The declaration commits to ensuring the development, adoption and implementation of an effective post-2020 global biodiversity framework to reverse the current loss of biodiversity and ensure that it is put on a path to recovery by 2030 at the latest, toward the full realization of the 2050 Vision of "Living in Harmony with Nature."
"昆明宣言"承諾，確保制定、通過(guò)和實(shí)施一個(gè)有效的"2020年后全球生物多樣性框架"，以扭轉(zhuǎn)當(dāng)前生物多樣性喪失趨勢(shì)，并確保最遲在2030年使生物多樣性走上恢復(fù)之路，進(jìn)而全面實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然和諧共生的2050年愿景。

China's foreign trade maintained robust growth with strong resilience and improved quality in the first three quarters of the year, backed by the country's steady economic development.
今年前三季度，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)恢復(fù)發(fā)展，外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口繼續(xù)保持較快增長(zhǎng)，韌性較足、穩(wěn)中提質(zhì)。

China's total imports and exports expanded 22.7% year-on-year to 28.33 trillion yuan in the first three quarters of 2021, official data showed Wednesday. The figure marked an increase of 23.4% from the pre-epidemic level in 2019, according to the General Administration of Customs (GAC).
海關(guān)總署10月13日發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年前三季度我國(guó)貨物貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口總值28.33萬(wàn)億元人民幣，比去年同期增長(zhǎng)22.7%，與2019年同期相比增長(zhǎng)23.4%。

Both exports and imports continued double-digit growth in the first nine months of the year, surging 22.7% and 22.6% from a year earlier, respectively.

The House voted 219-206 along party lines to adopt a procedural rule, which automatically deemed as passed the short-term debt limit extension that the Senate approved last week.
