中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院近日印發(fā)《黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》?！毒V要》是指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的綱領(lǐng)性文件，是制定實(shí)施相關(guān)規(guī)劃方案、政策措施和建設(shè)相關(guān)工程項(xiàng)目的重要依據(jù)。
The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have jointly issued an outline document on the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. The document, titled "Outline of the Yellow River Basin's Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Plan", will guide the country's ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin, and serve as an important basis for formulating and implementing relevant planning schemes, policies and measures, as well as building engineering projects.
