國務(wù)院辦公廳日前印發(fā)《“十四五”全民醫(yī)療保障規(guī)劃》。規(guī)劃提出，建設(shè)覆蓋全民、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)、公平統(tǒng)一、可持續(xù)的多層次醫(yī)療保障體系。
China has released its latest medical security plan, issued by the General Office of the State Council, with the aim of benefiting people in all sectors of society. The plan, designed for the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), states that China should establish a multi-tiered medical insurance system with universal coverage that benefits both urban and rural residents in a fair and sustainable way.

《“十四五”全民醫(yī)療保障規(guī)劃》明確“十四五”時(shí)期醫(yī)療保障的基本原則，即堅(jiān)持黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，堅(jiān)持以人民健康為中心，堅(jiān)持保障基本、更可持續(xù)，堅(jiān)持系統(tǒng)集成、協(xié)同高效，堅(jiān)持精細(xì)管理、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)，堅(jiān)持共享共治、多方參與。規(guī)劃提出，建設(shè)公平醫(yī)保、法治醫(yī)保、安全醫(yī)保、智慧醫(yī)保、協(xié)同醫(yī)保，到2025年，醫(yī)療保障制度更加成熟定型，醫(yī)療保障政策規(guī)范化、管理精細(xì)化、服務(wù)便捷化、改革協(xié)同化程度明顯提升。展望2035年，基本醫(yī)療保障制度更加規(guī)范統(tǒng)一，多層次醫(yī)療保障體系更加完善，中國特色醫(yī)療保障制度優(yōu)越性充分顯現(xiàn)。
