中共中央、國務(wù)院近日印發(fā)《橫琴粵澳深度合作區(qū)建設(shè)總體方案》。這是豐富“一國兩制”實踐的重大部署，是為澳門長遠發(fā)展注入的重要動力。
China's central authorities have issued a general plan for building a Guangdong-Macao in-depth cooperation zone in Hengqin. The plan was issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council. Building the zone is a major arrangement to enrich the practice of "one country, two systems," and will be an important driving force for Macao's long-term development.

《橫琴粵澳深度合作區(qū)建設(shè)總體方案》明確，合作區(qū)實施范圍為橫琴島“一線”和“二線”之間的海關(guān)監(jiān)管區(qū)域，總面積約106平方公里。其中，橫琴與澳門特別行政區(qū)之間設(shè)為“一線”；橫琴與中華人民共和國關(guān)境內(nèi)其他地區(qū)之間設(shè)為“二線”。
橫琴粵澳深度合作區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略定位是促進澳門經(jīng)濟適度多元發(fā)展的新平臺，便利澳門居民生活就業(yè)的新空間，豐富“一國兩制”實踐的新示范，推動粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)的新高地。
