'十四五'將增加保障性住房供給

China will focus on the development of government-subsidized rental housing in the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) to ensure housing security for the people. The country has built over 80 million units of government-subsidized and renovated housing, improving the living conditions of more than 200 million people in vulnerable groups, Wang Menghui, minister of housing and urban-rural development, said at a news conference Tuesday.
住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部部長王蒙徽8月31日在新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，"十四五"期間，我國將以發(fā)展保障性租賃住房為重點(diǎn)，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)全體人民住有所居。王蒙徽說，我國累計(jì)建設(shè)各類保障性住房和棚改安置住房8000多萬套，幫助2億多困難群眾改善住房條件。

China's great achievement in setting up the world's largest housing security system has actively contributed to the country's success in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, Wang added.
他還表示，我國建成了世界上最大的住房保障體系，為全面建成小康社會(huì)做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。

Among the different types of government-subsidized housing, rental housing is built to mainly address the concerns of new arrivals and young people in big cities, while shared-ownership housing is mainly designed for people who cannot afford commercial housing to improve their living conditions, Wang said.
王蒙徽強(qiáng)調(diào)，保障性租賃住房重點(diǎn)是在人口凈流入的大城市，主要解決新市民、青年人的階段性住房困難問題。共有產(chǎn)權(quán)住房主要是幫助暫時(shí)買不起商品房的居民盡快改善居住條件。

>China expands 5G network coverage
我國開通建設(shè)5G基站99.3萬個(gè)

China has so far built 993,000 5G base stations, covering more than 95 percent of counties and 35 percent of rural townships, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said Tuesday. The number of 5G mobile phone users has exceeded 392 million, the ministry said at the 2021 World 5G Convention that opened Tuesday in Beijing.

>Stricter regulations for artistic performers

Chinese authorities on Monday issued a circular urging further management and education for artistic performers across the country.
文化和旅游部8月30日印發(fā)通知，要求進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)文藝工作者教育管理和道德建設(shè)。

Noting several problems, including tax evasion, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism stressed artistic performers should strengthen their legal awareness. Artistic performers should be educated in terms of laws on copyright and tax, and the commercial events of artistic performers, especially those serving in public institutions, should be brought under strict management, the document read, noting performers involved in illegal or unethical activities should be shunned from the industry.
針對(duì)文娛領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的偷逃稅等現(xiàn)象，通知要求，文藝工作者要提高法律意識(shí)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)著作權(quán)法、稅法等重點(diǎn)法律法規(guī)的學(xué)習(xí)。從嚴(yán)管理演職人員商業(yè)活動(dòng)，特別是要從嚴(yán)審批公職演職人員在所屬單位外開展個(gè)人商業(yè)活動(dòng)。決不為違法違規(guī)、失德失范人員提供舞臺(tái)和平臺(tái)。

The document continued, stating a review and assessment mechanism for performers' morality should be established and improved, and artists and performers should be constantly reminded to respect rules and moral standards.

>Hate crimes hit 12-year high in US
美仇恨犯罪數(shù)量創(chuàng)12年新高

The number of hate crimes in the United States rose last year to the highest level in more than a decade, driven by a rise in assaults targeting Black victims and victims of Asian descent, the FBI reported on Monday.
