商務(wù)部等9部門日前印發(fā)《商貿(mào)物流高質(zhì)量發(fā)展專項行動計劃(2021-2025年)》?!∮媱澨岢?,到2025年,初步建立智能、綠色、高效的現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)物流體系,培育一批有品牌影響力和國際競爭力的商貿(mào)物流企業(yè)。
China will improve its logistics network for commercial services and international trade to make the system smarter, greener and more efficient by 2025, according to an action plan jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and eight other government departments. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), the country will strive to establish a modern logistics system with a number of influential logistics firms competing internationally, the plan says.

商貿(mào)物流是指與批發(fā)、零售、住宿、餐飲、居民服務(wù)等商貿(mào)服務(wù)業(yè)及進出口貿(mào)易相關(guān)的物流服務(wù)活動,是現(xiàn)代流通體系的重要組成部分,是擴大內(nèi)需和促進消費的重要載體,是連接國內(nèi)國際市場的重要紐帶。推進商貿(mào)物流高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,有利于更大范圍把生產(chǎn)和消費聯(lián)系起來,提高國民經(jīng)濟總體運行效率。
《商貿(mào)物流高質(zhì)量發(fā)展專項行動計劃(2021-2025年)》明確了多項重點任務(wù):優(yōu)化商貿(mào)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,建設(shè)城鄉(xiāng)高效配送體系,促進區(qū)域商貿(mào)物流一體化,提升商貿(mào)物流標準化水平,推廣應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),發(fā)展商貿(mào)物流新業(yè)態(tài)新模式,提升供應(yīng)鏈物流管理水平,加快推進冷鏈物流發(fā)展,健全綠色物流體系,保障國際物流暢通,推進跨境通關(guān)便利化,培育商貿(mào)物流骨干企業(yè)。

要統(tǒng)籌推進現(xiàn)代流通體系硬件和軟件建設(shè),發(fā)展流通新技術(shù)新業(yè)態(tài)新模式,完善流通領(lǐng)域制度規(guī)范和標準,培育壯大具有國際競爭力的現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè),為構(gòu)建以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進的新發(fā)展格局提供有力支撐。
We should make coordinated efforts to advance the building of hard and soft infrastructures for modern logistics system, develop new logistics technologies and business forms, improve industry regulations and standards, and nurture modern logistics companies with global competitiveness, so as to provide strong support for the new development pattern in which domestic and foreign markets boost each other, with the domestic market as the mainstay.
