8月5日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平向新冠疫苗合作國(guó)際論壇首次會(huì)議發(fā)表書面致辭。習(xí)近平指出，中國(guó)會(huì)繼續(xù)盡己所能，幫助廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家應(yīng)對(duì)疫情。今年全年，中國(guó)將努力向全球提供20億劑疫苗。中國(guó)決定向“新冠疫苗實(shí)施計(jì)劃”捐贈(zèng)1億美元，用于向發(fā)展中國(guó)家分配疫苗。

China will strive to provide 2 billion COVID-19 vaccine doses to the world throughout this year and offer 100 million US dollars to COVAX, Chinese President Xi Jinping said Aug 5 in a written message to the first meeting of the international forum on COVID-19 vaccine cooperation. The 100 million US dollars to COVAX will mainly go to the distribution of vaccines to developing countries, he said, adding that China would do its best to help developing countries cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
