China's Ministry of Commerce has released a negative list for cross-border trade in services in the southern island province of Hainan, the first negative list for services trade in the country. The list outlines 70 special management measures in 11 categories for overseas services providers, according to a statement on the ministry's website.
商務(wù)部網(wǎng)站近日公布了海南跨境服務(wù)貿(mào)易負(fù)面清單內(nèi)容，列出針對(duì)境外服務(wù)提供者的11個(gè)門類70項(xiàng)特別管理措施。

Scheduled to become effective on Aug 26, the negative list makes higher-level opening-up arrangements in professional, transport and financial services, among others.
這是我國跨境服貿(mào)領(lǐng)域首張負(fù)面清單。負(fù)面清單自2021年8月26日起施行，在專業(yè)服務(wù)、交通服務(wù)、金融等領(lǐng)域作出較高水平開放安排。

For areas not included in the list, domestic and overseas services providers shall have a level playing field and enjoy equal market access in Hainan free trade port, the statement said.
據(jù)悉，凡是在清單之外的領(lǐng)域，在海南自由貿(mào)易港內(nèi)，對(duì)境內(nèi)外服務(wù)提供者在跨境服務(wù)貿(mào)易方面一視同仁、平等準(zhǔn)入。

Hailing the move as a "major breakthrough" in the administration mode of services trade, Vice Commerce Minister Wang Shouwen said at a press conference on Monday that it is an active choice by China to promote its opening-up.
商務(wù)部副部長王受文在7月26日召開的發(fā)布會(huì)上說，首張負(fù)面清單的出臺(tái)是對(duì)現(xiàn)有服務(wù)貿(mào)易管理模式的重大突破，體現(xiàn)了更大力度的自主開放。

China's major industrial companies saw a steady increase in profits in the first half of this year amid a stable recovery in market demand and improving business performance, official data showed Tuesday.
國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局7月27日發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2021年上半年，工業(yè)生產(chǎn)需求穩(wěn)定恢復(fù)，企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況持續(xù)改善，企業(yè)利潤平穩(wěn)較快增長。

Industrial firms with an annual business turnover of at least 20 million yuan raked in combined profits of 4.22 trillion yuan during the period, up 66.9 percent year-on-year, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed. Compared with the 2019 level, profits of major industrial firms rose by 45.5 percent in H1.
