China lodged a complaint under the World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement mechanism on Thursday against Australia for the latter's anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on Chinese exports of railway wheels, wind towers, and stainless steel sinks.
6月24日，中國就澳大利亞對自中國進(jìn)口鐵道輪轂、風(fēng)塔、不銹鋼水槽產(chǎn)品采取的反傾銷和反補(bǔ)貼措施在世貿(mào)組織爭端解決機(jī)制項(xiàng)下提出起訴。

世貿(mào)組織爭端解決機(jī)制（World Trade Organization dispute settlement mechanism）指世貿(mào)組織在《爭端解決諒解協(xié)議》（Dispute Settlement Understanding, DSU）框架下，運(yùn)用司法管轄和外交磋商相結(jié)合的平衡體制，鼓勵(lì)各方通過外交途徑的友好磋商解決爭議。DSU建立了爭端解決機(jī)構(gòu)（Dispute Settlement Body, DSB）來負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督爭端解決機(jī)制的有效順利運(yùn)行。

商務(wù)部新聞發(fā)言人高峰介紹，

Australia adopted or extended anti-dumping measures on railway wheels and wind towers imported from China in 2019, and extended anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures targeting stainless steel sinks imported from China in 2020.
澳方于2019年對自中國進(jìn)口的鐵道輪轂、風(fēng)塔分別采取或延長反傾銷措施，于2020年對自中國進(jìn)口的不銹鋼水槽延長反傾銷和反補(bǔ)貼措施。

The WTO faces unprecedented challenges currently, and China opposes abusing trade remedy measures which not only damage the legitimate rights of Chinese enterprises but also undermine the authority of WTO rules.
當(dāng)前，世貿(mào)組織面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。中方反對濫用貿(mào)易救濟(jì)措施的行為，這不僅損害中國企業(yè)的合法權(quán)益，也損害世貿(mào)組織規(guī)則的嚴(yán)肅性與權(quán)威性。

China took the move in hope of safeguarding the legitimate rights of Chinese enterprises, as well as to support the multilateral trading system and the authority and effectiveness of the WTO.
中方希望通過將澳方有關(guān)反傾銷反補(bǔ)貼措施訴諸世貿(mào)組織爭端解決機(jī)制，既維護(hù)中國企業(yè)的合法權(quán)益，同時(shí)也是維護(hù)多邊貿(mào)易體制和世貿(mào)組織的權(quán)威性有效性。

China hopes Australia will take concrete actions to correct wrong practices and avoid distorting trade in relevant goods, so that related trade will return to normal as soon as possible.
希望澳方采取切實(shí)行動(dòng)，糾正錯(cuò)誤做法，避免對相關(guān)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的扭曲行為，盡早使相關(guān)貿(mào)易回到正常軌道。
