The Sixth Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued two documents on Oct 27, 2016: The Norms Regarding Intra-Party Political Life In New Situation, and Regulations Regarding Intra-Party Supervision. The norms, in 12 parts, stress consolidating ideals and beliefs, keeping to the Party's basic line, safeguarding the authority of the CPC Central Committee, and maintaining close ties with the people. The regulation, which consists of eight chapters and 47 articles, aims to uphold the CPC leadership, strengthen Party building, promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party and maintain the Party's purity. The core role of Xi Jinping in the leadership was made clear at the Sixth Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee. All Party members are also required to have these "Four Awarenesses" (awareness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment), and closely follow the Central Committee in terms of their thinking, political orientation and actions.
2016年10月27日，中共十八屆六中全會(huì)通過(guò)《關(guān)于新形勢(shì)下黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準(zhǔn)則》和《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督條例》。準(zhǔn)則共有12個(gè)部分，強(qiáng)調(diào)堅(jiān)定理想信念、堅(jiān)持黨的基本路線、堅(jiān)決維護(hù)黨中央權(quán)威、保持黨同人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系。條例共有8章47條，旨在堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)、推進(jìn)全面從嚴(yán)治黨，維護(hù)黨純潔性。全會(huì)明確習(xí)近平同志黨中央的核心、全黨的核心地位。號(hào)召全黨必須牢固樹立政治意識(shí)、大局意識(shí)、核心意識(shí)、看齊意識(shí)，自覺在思想上政治上行動(dòng)上同黨中央保持高度一致。
