The marathon, with a total of 172 participants, was held on Saturday morning in the Yellow River Stone Forest tourist site in Jingtai County, Baiyin City in Gansu province.
這次馬拉松比賽5月22日上午在甘肅省白銀市景泰縣黃河石林景區(qū)舉行，參賽人員共172人。

According to the rescue headquarters, at about 1 pm on Saturday, hail, freezing rain and gales hit the area of the race's high-altitude stage, between 20 km and 31 km. Participants suffered from physical discomfort due to the sudden drop in temperature.
