The 356-meter-tall SEG Plaza in Shenzhen first began shaking on Tuesday afternoon. All those inside were evacuated within 90 minutes, local authorities said.
5月18日下午，356米高的深圳賽格大廈第一次發(fā)生晃動(dòng)。當(dāng)?shù)卣硎?，樓?nèi)所有人員在90分鐘內(nèi)全部疏散撤離。

監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)未顯示異常情況

From 9 pm on Tuesday to 3 pm on Wednesday, a number of professional organizations closely monitored the skyscraper's vibration, tilt and subsidence. The three indicators were far below levels that would prompt concerns, and data from the monitoring did not reveal any abnormalities, the city's housing and urban-rural development bureau said in a statement.

【詞匯講解】

Skyscraper通常指城市理高聳入云的“摩天大樓”，我們也可以用high-rise來(lái)替換表達(dá)，比如：She lives in a high-rise/skyscraper in downtown（她住在市中心的一個(gè)摩天高樓里），high-rise有時(shí)候也用作形容詞，所以high-rise或者h(yuǎn)igh-rise building都可以表示“摩天高樓”。與其相對(duì)的low-rise自然就表示“矮樓”，用法與high-rise相同；此外，low-rise用作形容詞的時(shí)候還可以表示“低腰的”，比如：low-rise trouses（低腰褲）。

5月21日，一份落款為深圳賽格集團(tuán)有限公司的通知顯示：為確保賽格大廈檢測(cè)工作順利進(jìn)行，不受外界干擾，經(jīng)賽格集團(tuán)研究決定，自5月21日零時(shí)起，暫停所有業(yè)主、商戶、租戶進(jìn)出賽格大廈寫(xiě)字樓和電子市場(chǎng)（all business owners, vendors and tenants will be denied access to the plaza），待相關(guān)檢測(cè)工作完成后再有序開(kāi)放，有關(guān)事宜另行通知。

深圳市將根據(jù)樓體結(jié)構(gòu)排查情況，研判大廈恢復(fù)開(kāi)放時(shí)間。鑒于該大廈未安裝阻尼器（tuned mass damper），專(zhuān)家建議，下一步可以考慮安裝阻尼器以提高防風(fēng)防震能力和舒適度。
