Rob
Err, well, I don’t want to snap anything, just grab a bargain.

That’s what I mean! 表達(dá) “snap up” 的意思是 “搶購”，用來描述 “某人快速并充滿熱情地?fù)屬從澄铩?。比如：你可?“搶購便宜貨 snap up a bargain”；“搶購音樂會(huì)的門票 snap up tickets for a concert”；甚至可以 “迅速搶到手一個(gè)心儀的工作機(jī)會(huì) snap up the offer of an amazing job”。

If you want something quickly, you have to snap to it. “Snap to it” 的意思是 “快速，趕快”。Rob， 想買便宜貨，就要迅速下手！

Oh, well, the phone wasn’t that good anyway – and now I’ve saved my money, I can go and snap up something else in the sales.
