The Political Bureau, the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, and the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party are elected at the plenary session of the Central Committee. The General Secretary of the Central Committee must be generated from among the members of the Political Bureau’s Standing Committee. Between plenary sessions of the Central Committee, the Political Bureau and its Standing Committee shall exercise the functions and powers of the Central Committee.
黨的中央政治局、中央政治局常務(wù)委員會(huì)和中央委員會(huì)總書記，由中央委員會(huì)全體會(huì)議選舉。中央委員會(huì)總書記必須從中央政治局常務(wù)委員會(huì)委員中產(chǎn)生。中央政治局和它的常務(wù)委員會(huì)在中央委員會(huì)全體會(huì)議閉會(huì)期間，行使中央委員會(huì)的職權(quán)。
