China aims to basically establish a new system for higher-level open economy in the next five years, according to the outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for national economic and social development and the long-range objectives through the year 2035.

綱要提出，推動(dòng)貿(mào)易和投資自由化便利化，穩(wěn)妥推進(jìn)銀行、證券、保險(xiǎn)、期貨等金融領(lǐng)域開(kāi)放。
China will promote liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment, and steadily promote the opening-up of financial sectors including banking, securities, insurance, and futures, said the outline.
