中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平3月9日在出席十三屆全國(guó)人大四次會(huì)議解放軍和武警部隊(duì)代表團(tuán)全體會(huì)議時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要實(shí)現(xiàn)“十四五”時(shí)期國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)良好開局。他指出，要大幅提升國(guó)防科技創(chuàng)新能力和水平。
President Xi Jinping stressed achieving a good start in strengthening national defense and the armed forces during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) period on March 9. Innovation in defense-related science and technology must be significantly boosted, he said. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks while attending a plenary meeting of the delegation of the People's Liberation Army and People's Armed Police Force, at the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress, the top legislature.
