十三屆全國人大四次會議第二次全體會議結(jié)束后，舉行第二場“部長通道”采訪活動，邀請部分列席會議的國務(wù)院有關(guān)部委負責(zé)人通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻方式接受采訪。商務(wù)部部長王文濤在接受采訪時說，中國政府已正式核準區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定（RCEP）。

The Chinese government has officially ratified the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao said Monday.

商務(wù)部部長王文濤3月8日表示，中國政府已正式核準區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定（RCEP）。

The ratification of the RCEP means the regions, which account for one third of the global economic output, will form a unified, giant market with high potential and vitality.

他說，RCEP簽署以后，也就意味著占全世界1/3經(jīng)濟總量的地區(qū)能夠形成一個統(tǒng)一的大市場，這個市場是充滿潛力和活力的。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council set up a specific work mechanism that has “officially ratified the pact".

黨中央、國務(wù)院高度重視，為此專門成立了RCEP生效實施工作機制。我可以告訴大家目前的進展是，中國政府已經(jīng)正式核準了協(xié)定。

Some member countries are also accelerating their procedures, and it is hoped that relevant countries can speed up their progress and finally reach the threshold of entry into force, Wang told reporters on the sidelines of the annual national legislative session. Ratifications of six ASEAN member countries and three non-ASEAN member countries are needed for reaching the threshold, and the sooner the agreement enters into force, the sooner the people of the member countries will be benefited, he said.

我們也知道，一些成員國也在加快推進核準。我們希望相關(guān)國家能夠加速推進，最終達到6個東盟成員國和3個非東盟成員國核準的協(xié)定生效門檻，協(xié)定生效越早，越能夠惠及各國的老百姓。
