The 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) started its fourth annual session on Thursday afternoon in Beijing.
全國(guó)政協(xié)十三屆四次會(huì)議于3月4日下午在北京開(kāi)幕。
At the meeting, the agenda for the session was reviewed and approved by political advisers. Wang Yang, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, delivered a work report from the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee.
與會(huì)全國(guó)政協(xié)委員審議通過(guò)了政協(xié)第十三屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)第四次會(huì)議議程，全國(guó)政協(xié)主席汪洋代表政協(xié)第十三屆全國(guó)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)作工作報(bào)告。
During the session, political advisers will hear and deliberate on that work report and a report on how the proposals from political advisers have been handled. The political advisers will also sit in on the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress as non-voting participants, hearing and discussing reports, including the government work report. Discussions on the draft outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the long-range objectives through the year 2035 will be high on the agenda at this year's session.
本次會(huì)議期間，全國(guó)政協(xié)委員將聽(tīng)取和審議全國(guó)政協(xié)常委會(huì)工作報(bào)告和關(guān)于提案工作情況的報(bào)告，列席十三屆全國(guó)人大四次會(huì)議，聽(tīng)取并討論政府工作報(bào)告及其他有關(guān)報(bào)告，以及討論十四五規(guī)劃和2035年遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)綱要草案。

The China Development Bank (CDB) has pledged to set up a special loan program worth 20 billion yuan to support spring plowing. The loan will be used to ensure the supply of important farm produce and sideline products as well as facilitate spring production, according to CDB.
國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)銀行(國(guó)開(kāi)行) 將設(shè)立總體額度200億元的春耕備耕專項(xiàng)貸款，助力保障城鄉(xiāng)居民重要農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品供給和春季農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)順利開(kāi)展。
Financial support will focus on the production and circulation of farm produce, including grain and oil, vegetables, meat, eggs, milk and aquatic products, as well as the procurement, production, circulation and distribution of means of production, such as seeds, chemical fertilizers, pesticides and feed.
貸款主要用于支持糧油、蔬菜、肉蛋奶、水產(chǎn)品等產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、流通、供應(yīng)等，以及種子、化肥、農(nóng)藥、飼料等農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料的采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、流通、配送等。
Last year, the bank rolled out a special loan of 10 billion yuan for spring plowing for the first time, covering 27 provincial-level regions nationwide, which promoted work resumption at agricultural production firms.

>First high-def pictures of Mars
天問(wèn)一號(hào)火星影像發(fā)布
The China National Space Administration (CNSA) on Thursday published three high-resolution images of Mars captured by the country's Tianwen-1 probe. These images include two panchromatic images and one color image, said CNSA.
國(guó)家航天局3月4日發(fā)布3幅由天問(wèn)一號(hào)探測(cè)器拍攝的高清火星影像圖，包括2幅全色圖像和1幅彩色圖像。
The panchromatic images were taken by the high-resolution camera of Tianwen-1 at a distance of 330 to 350 km above the surface of Mars, with a resolution of about 0.7 meters. In the images, Martian landforms such as small craters, mountain ridges and dunes are clearly visible.
全色圖像由高分辨率相機(jī)在距離火星表面約330千米-350千米高度拍攝，分辨率約0.7米，成像區(qū)域內(nèi)火星表面小型環(huán)形坑、山脊、沙丘等地貌清晰可見(jiàn)。
It is estimated that the diameter of the largest impact crater in the images is around 620 meters.

The color image is of the red planet's North Pole region taken by the medium-resolution camera, CNSA said.

Tianwen-1, the country's first independent Mars mission, was launched by a Long March 5 heavy-lift carrier rocket on July 23 from the Wenchang Space Launch Center in Hainan province, kicking off the nation's planetary exploration program.

Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa has invited eight members of the public to join him for a trip around the Moon on Elon Musk's SpaceX flight.
日本億萬(wàn)富翁前澤友作將招募8名隊(duì)友與他一同乘坐美國(guó)SpaceX公司的星艦飛船進(jìn)行環(huán)月旅行。
"I want people from all kinds of backgrounds to join," he said in a video via Twitter, where he also shared a link to application details. He said he will pay for the entire journey, so those who come onboard will fly for free.

Applicants need to meet two criteria: they should advance "whatever activity" they are in to "help other people and greater society in some way", and are "willing to support other crew members who share similar aspirations", he said.

The mission would be the first lunar journey by humans since 1972.
