跨省門診費(fèi)可直接結(jié)算
China has added 15 provincial-level regions to a pilot system that supports cross-provincial settlement of outpatient bills, bringing the number of such regions to 27, the National Healthcare Security Administration said on Monday. A total of 663 medical institutions and pharmacies in the 15 regions, including Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, are now included in the medical insurance system for direct reimbursements, said the administration.
國家醫(yī)療保障局2月1日表示,新增內(nèi)蒙古、新疆等15個(gè)省區(qū)作為普通門診費(fèi)用跨省直接結(jié)算試點(diǎn),開通定點(diǎn)醫(yī)藥機(jī)構(gòu)和定點(diǎn)零售藥店663家。至此全國已有27個(gè)省(區(qū)、市)開展普通門診費(fèi)用跨省直接結(jié)算試運(yùn)行。
Between its inception in 2018 and the end of 2020, the pilot system incorporated more than 10,000 medical institutions and more than 10,000 pharmacies across the country. Over 3 million settlements of outpatient bills were done during the period, it added.
自2018年我國開展普通門診費(fèi)用跨省直接結(jié)算試點(diǎn)以來,截至2020年底,開通門診費(fèi)用跨省直接結(jié)算定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和定點(diǎn)零售藥店雙雙突破1萬家,累計(jì)直接結(jié)算人次突破300萬。

中小學(xué)生禁帶手機(jī)入校
All primary and secondary school students in China will, in principle, be barred from bringing mobile phones to school, the Ministry of Education announced on Monday. The notice aims to protect students' eyesight, make sure they focus on their studies and prevent them from becoming addicted to the internet and online games.
為保護(hù)學(xué)生視力,讓學(xué)生在學(xué)校專心學(xué)習(xí),防止沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)和游戲,教育部2月1日印發(fā)通知,要求中小學(xué)生原則上不得將個(gè)人手機(jī)帶入校園。
If students must have a mobile phone at school, a special request should be submitted to school authorities along with written consent from their guardians, said the ministry.
確有需求的,須經(jīng)家長同意、書面提出申請(qǐng)。
Once the request is approved, students should hand in their mobile phones to school authorities upon arrival. The phones will be kept together and should by no means be allowed into classrooms.
經(jīng)學(xué)校同意后,學(xué)生進(jìn)校后應(yīng)將手機(jī)由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一保管,禁止帶入課堂。
Schools should not assign or ask students to do homework via cellphones, and they should set up public phones and teacher hotlines for communication between parents and students, it added.
老師不得使用手機(jī)布置作業(yè)或要求學(xué)生利用手機(jī)完成作業(yè)。學(xué)校應(yīng)通過設(shè)立校內(nèi)公共電話、班主任溝通熱線等途徑,解決學(xué)生與家長通話需求。
Schools should set out rules for the management of cellphones and designate people to take custody of mobile phones brought to schools, it said.
通知要求,學(xué)校應(yīng)制定手機(jī)管理具體辦法,明確統(tǒng)一保管的責(zé)任人。

China has become the only country in the global luxury market to experience positive growth last year, CCTV reported on Sunday.

Luxury consumption in the Chinese mainland is expected to buck the trend to report a 48% yearly increase to 346 billion yuan in 2020, while the transaction volume of global personal luxury market witnessed a 23% drop year-on-year.

And China is projected to become the world's largest luxury market by 2025, the report added.

The country's rapid development of e-commerce platforms and favorable duty-free policies all contributed to the booming market, said the report, and last year Chinese consumers traveled less and spent more locally due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The UK is formally applying to join the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), with formal negotiations set to start this year, the British government said on Saturday.
英國政府1月30日宣布,該國將正式申請(qǐng)加入《全面與進(jìn)步跨太平洋伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》(CPTPP),正式談判預(yù)計(jì)在今年開始。

UK trade with the group was worth 111 billion pounds in 2019, trade data showed.

Effective since Dec 30, 2018, CPTPP is a trade pact among 11 countries, including Japan, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Chile, and Mexico, whose aggregate gross domestic product accounts for 13% of the world economy.
CPTPP成立于2018年12月30日,成員包括日本、加拿大、澳大利亞、新加坡、智利和墨西哥等11國,11個(gè)簽署國的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值之和占全球經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的13%。
