團(tuán)建 (team building / team bonding) 無處不在。校園素拓、工會(huì)活動(dòng)、集體生日趴等等都屬于這類。出發(fā)點(diǎn)自然是好的：讓組員意識(shí)到團(tuán)隊(duì)力量和有效溝通的重要性。不過公共空間難免有不同聲音，微博話題 #為什么大部分人不喜歡團(tuán)建# 有著4億閱讀量。

我們匯總了幾個(gè)常見的理由：

Jubensha – Script murder

A jubensha is a role-playing murder mystery activity that has become highly popular among young urban Chinese.
劇本殺是一項(xiàng)兇案角色扮演游戲，在城市年輕人群中十分流行。

Sessions of script murder, which take place in specialist escape room-style venues, cost up to 300 yuan per person and take over four hours. Players are each given a character with a complex backstory and costume, and are then thrown into an immersive environment to rummage around for clues and interact with other characters as they attempt to solve a crime.

"Never Have I Ever" is a drinking game in which players take turns telling things they have not done. Other players who have done this thing respond by taking a drink.

除了上面那些常見的團(tuán)建活動(dòng)和游戲，有些公司玩兒起團(tuán)建來，是舍得下本錢的。出國(guó)旅游已經(jīng)不新鮮，自己設(shè)計(jì)游戲或者真人荒島求生也能整出來。

Facebook created an outdoor spy game where employees had to solve clues to "rescue" a co-worker or object that had been "stolen."
Facebook創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)戶外間諜游戲，員工必須在游戲中破解線索，才能“解救”被“偷走”的同事或物品。

Lyft "stranded" employees on a private San Francisco island. Team members had to build a communication device to make contact with the outside world and be "rescued."

不過因?yàn)橐咔?，如今仍在遠(yuǎn)程辦公的人只能玩些線上團(tuán)建活動(dòng)了。

This virtual team building exercise requires team members to virtually open their homes to one another.

Each team member will take a short video showing off their home and some of their favorite things. This activity allows team members to get to know one another on a more personal basis, and can lead to cohesiveness and feelings of camaraderie.

The manager asks each team member to share some personal facts with them.

These facts will then be compiled onto a document that’s shared with each individual in the team. Next to each personal fact there’s an empty column where each employee will have to guess which team member the fact belongs to.

Two truths and a lie

Each team member presents three statements about themselves: two truths and one that is false. The team can then take turns to recognize what’s true and what the lie is. After everyone has guessed, the speaker reveals their lie.
每個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員給出三條與自己有關(guān)的陳述：兩條真一條假。然后團(tuán)隊(duì)成員可以輪流來鑒別哪兩條為真，哪一條為假。在每個(gè)人都猜完之后，主管就可以揭曉哪條是謊言了。

看完遠(yuǎn)程團(tuán)建的方案，不禁為人捏一把汗。這些游戲可能并不適合所有團(tuán)隊(duì)用來團(tuán)建。畢竟，職場(chǎng)的合作信任并不一定非要以暴露一部分工作之外的自己為代價(jià)。

而且，雇員們可能并無意了解同事的工作外八小時(shí)。清晰可行的團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)、公正的賞罰機(jī)制、以及快捷有效的溝通或許才是職場(chǎng)人真正想要的。
