人均收入比2010年翻一番
China's per capita disposable income reached 32,189 yuan ($4,979) in 2020, more than double the level in 2010, official data showed Tuesday.
1月19日發(fā)布的官方數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2020年,全國居民人均可支配收入32189元,比2010年增加一倍。
The figure represents a 2.1 percent year-on-year increase in real terms after deducting price factors, said Fang Xiaodan, an official with the National Bureau of Statistics.
國家統(tǒng)計局官員方曉丹介紹,扣除價格因素后,2020年全國居民人均可支配收入實(shí)際增長2.1%。
During the last 10 years, the cumulative growth of per capita disposable income in the country in real terms stood at 100.8 percent, according to Fang.
2011年至2020年,全國居民人均可支配收入累計實(shí)際增長100.8%。
At the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012, the country vowed to double the average per capita income of urban and rural residents by 2020 from the 2010 level as one of the key components of its goal to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
2012年黨的十八大提出到2020年城鄉(xiāng)居民人均收入比2010年翻一番,這是我國實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會目標(biāo)的一個關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。

Beijing will extend the health observation period to 28 days for inbound travelers from overseas to avoid the import of COVID-19 cases, according to information released at a press conference held by municipal authorities on Tuesday.

The new "14+7+7" model comprises the 14-day centralized medical quarantine, one week of home isolation or centralized quarantine, and another week of health monitoring.
"14+7+7"健康管理措施,即14天集中隔離期滿后,繼續(xù)開展7天居家或集中隔離,期滿后再進(jìn)行7天健康監(jiān)測。
Inbound individuals through other domestic cities have to wait 21 days before entering the Chinese capital, and seven-day health monitoring is required after their entrance. For those with an inbound period of less than 21 days but are already in Beijing, the "7+7" isolation and health monitoring have to be completed here, local authorities said.
國內(nèi)其他口岸入境人員滿21天方可進(jìn)京,進(jìn)京后補(bǔ)足7天健康監(jiān)測,未滿21天已進(jìn)京的補(bǔ)足7天居家或集中隔離、7天健康監(jiān)測。
During the seven-day health monitoring, people can follow their normal routines while avoiding gatherings. They are also advised to regularly report their health conditions to local communities.
健康監(jiān)測期間可正常出行等,但不能參加各類集體活動,并按要求向社區(qū)報告健康狀況。

多部門推進(jìn)污水資源化
The country aims to see a marked improvement in sewage collection efficiency by 2025 as it enhances sewage treatment capabilities in cities and counties to meet increasing demand, according to a guideline, jointly issued on Jan 11 by 10 government bodies, including the National Development and Reform Commission.
國家發(fā)改委等10部門1月11日聯(lián)合印發(fā)的《關(guān)于推進(jìn)污水資源化利用的指導(dǎo)意見》提出,到2025年,全國污水收集效能顯著提升,縣城及城市污水處理能力基本滿足當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需要;
By 2025, at least 25 percent of the sewage treated in water-deficient cities should be used as reclaimed water, it said, with the rate set at more than 35 percent for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
全國地級及以上缺水城市再生水利用率達(dá)到25%以上,京津冀地區(qū)達(dá)到35%以上。
By 2035, China expects to establish a wastewater utilization system that is organized, safe, environmentally friendly and economical, it added.
到2035年,形成系統(tǒng)、安全、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)的污水資源化利用格局。
The guideline called for efforts to push forward the recycling of wastewater as resources in key areas, such as urban domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and agricultural and rural sewage treatment.
