明年6月全面建立林長(zhǎng)制
China has issued a guideline to implement a "forest chief" plan nationwide amid the country's continuous efforts to protect forests and grasslands. It was issued by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council and urged that the "forest chief" plan be rolled out nationwide by June 2022. "General forest chiefs" should be appointed in all provincial-level regions, the guideline said.
中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳近日印發(fā)《關(guān)于全面推行林長(zhǎng)制的意見》,加強(qiáng)對(duì)森林和草原的保護(hù)。意見提出,2022年6月在全國(guó)全面建立林長(zhǎng)制,各省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)設(shè)立總林長(zhǎng)、副總林長(zhǎng)。
It clarified all levels of a forest chief’s responsibilities in protecting forest and grassland resources.
意見明確了各級(jí)林長(zhǎng)在森林草原資源保護(hù)發(fā)展工作中的責(zé)任。
