國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室1月10日發(fā)布《新時(shí)代的中國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展合作》白皮書。白皮書闡述了中國(guó)對(duì)新時(shí)代國(guó)際發(fā)展合作的看法、行動(dòng)和合作展望。白皮書指出，中國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展合作規(guī)模穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)，并更多向亞洲、非洲地區(qū)最不發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和“一帶一路”發(fā)展中國(guó)家傾斜。
China's State Council Information Office issued a white paper titled "China's International Development Cooperation in the New Era" on Jan 10. The white paper expounded on China's views on international development cooperation in the new era, the actions it has taken, and its plans for the future. China has continued a steady increase in the scale of its international development cooperation, giving high priority to the least developed countries in Asia and Africa and developing countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, it said.

《新時(shí)代的中國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展合作》白皮書全文約26000字，除前言、結(jié)束語(yǔ)外，共包括八個(gè)部分，分別為人類命運(yùn)共同體理念引領(lǐng)新時(shí)代中國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展合作、新時(shí)代中國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展合作取得新進(jìn)展、助力共建“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作、推動(dòng)落實(shí)聯(lián)合國(guó)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程、攜手應(yīng)對(duì)全球人道主義挑戰(zhàn)、支持發(fā)展中國(guó)家增強(qiáng)自主發(fā)展能力、加強(qiáng)國(guó)際交流與三方合作、中國(guó)國(guó)際發(fā)展合作展望。

【重要講話】
我們要致力于推進(jìn)合作共贏的共同開放。這次疫情告誡我們，各國(guó)是休戚與共的命運(yùn)共同體，重大危機(jī)面前沒有誰(shuí)能夠獨(dú)善其身，團(tuán)結(jié)合作是應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)的必然選擇。我們要堅(jiān)持合作共贏理念，信任而不是猜忌，攜手而不是揮拳，協(xié)商而不是謾罵，以各國(guó)共同利益為重，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化朝著更加開放、包容、普惠、平衡、共贏的方向發(fā)展。
We need to commit to mutual opening up that features shared benefits. COVID-19 is a stark reminder that all countries are in a community with a shared future. No one can stay immune in a major crisis. Solidarity and cooperation is the right choice to make in meeting challenges. We must uphold the principle of mutually beneficial cooperation. We need to build trust rather than second-guess each other; we need to join hands rather than throw punches at each other; and we need to consult rather than slander each other. Bearing in mind the common interests that bind us all, countries need to work together to make economic globalization more open, inclusive and balanced for the benefits of all.
