“泡菜本來(lái)就是我們的傳統(tǒng)食物”,近日,韓國(guó)網(wǎng)友因李子柒的一段視頻又喊上了。
1月9日,李子柒在其Youtube個(gè)人賬號(hào)發(fā)布了其“一生系列(Life Series)”產(chǎn)品的最后一段視頻,介紹了各種類(lèi)型的蘿卜從成長(zhǎng)到成為食物的“一生”,其中制作泡菜的部分遭到了韓國(guó)網(wǎng)友的攻擊。
Li Ziqi, a famous Chinese food and rural-life vlogger with 14 million followers on YouTube, recently found herself sucked into this cultural battle after posting a several-minute-long cooking video on Saturday in which a dish that appears very similar to Korean pickled vegetables appeared.
中國(guó)美食和鄉(xiāng)村生活博主李子柒在Youtube上擁有1400萬(wàn)粉絲,近期因其1月9日上傳的一段視頻陷入“文化爭(zhēng)論”中。該視頻中出現(xiàn)的一道菜與韓國(guó)泡菜較為相似。
視頻中,她先是腌制了蘿卜干,只見(jiàn)她將蘿卜切碎,用鹽析出水分;再經(jīng)過(guò)脫水等程序……
隨后,她又分別用兩種方式制作白菜泡菜,一種是僅用鹽浸泡白菜,另一種是給白菜上涂抹了辣椒,最后密閉封存。
Since Li Ziqi tends to remain quiet during her videos to allow the visuals speak for themselves, viewers began debating what type of picked vegetables she had made, with some saying it was South Korean pickled vegetables and others saying it was a variety of Sichuan pickled vegetables.
帶著自己的一貫風(fēng)格,李子柒在視頻的全程中話很少,因此觀眾們開(kāi)始爭(zhēng)論她制作的是哪種泡菜,有人說(shuō)這是韓國(guó)泡菜,而有些則說(shuō)是四川泡菜。
目前,李子柒的這條視頻已經(jīng)達(dá)到370多萬(wàn)次觀看。然而,韓國(guó)網(wǎng)友們卻因?yàn)檫@條視頻中出現(xiàn)了泡菜而喊上了。
據(jù)韓媒《韓國(guó)先驅(qū)報(bào)》報(bào)道,韓國(guó)網(wǎng)友涌入評(píng)論區(qū),有人批評(píng)起李子柒沒(méi)有聲明泡菜是“韓國(guó)傳統(tǒng)食物”,無(wú)法忍受泡菜的腌制過(guò)程。
Shortly after her video was uploaded on Saturday, Koreans flooded the comments section on YouTube and Facebook, criticizing her for misrepresenting the traditional Korean dish as Chinese.
視頻9日上傳后不久,韓國(guó)網(wǎng)民就涌入了YouTube和Facebook的評(píng)論區(qū),批評(píng)李子柒把傳統(tǒng)的韓國(guó)菜誤傳為中國(guó)菜。
“I’m not saying anything about making it, but shouldn’t you at least write that it’s a traditional Korean food? When I saw the cabbage split in half I thought, ‘no way,’ but after seeing it being seasoned, I couldn’t believe my eyes,” read one Korean comment.
“做泡菜我沒(méi)意見(jiàn),但你是不是至少該寫(xiě)明這是一道韓國(guó)傳統(tǒng)食物?當(dāng)我看到白菜被劈成兩半的時(shí)候,我在想‘不能啊’,但看到她給白菜加作料后,我簡(jiǎn)直不敢相信自己的眼睛,”一位韓國(guó)人這樣說(shuō)。
還有一些韓國(guó)網(wǎng)友思路清奇,認(rèn)為“視頻中沒(méi)有泡菜冰箱”,由此可以說(shuō)明“泡菜根本不是中國(guó)的食物”。
《韓國(guó)先驅(qū)報(bào)》聲稱(chēng),盡管中國(guó)擁有自己的泡菜,但李子柒視頻中所用到的泡菜配料和制作方法卻與韓國(guó)泡菜極為相似。
While China has its own pickled vegetable dish—pao cai—the preparation method and ingredient selection differs from kimchi. The choice of ingredients and method shown in Li’s video were very similar to that of kimchi.
雖然中國(guó)有自己的泡菜,但中國(guó)泡菜的制作方法和配料選擇與韓國(guó)泡菜不同。李子柒視頻中所展示的食材選擇和方法與韓國(guó)泡菜非常相似。
這件事也引起了中國(guó)網(wǎng)民的注意,有人在知乎創(chuàng)建了“如何看待李子柒視頻因制作泡菜,被韓國(guó)網(wǎng)友圍攻一事”這一討論。
一位朝鮮族網(wǎng)友這樣說(shuō):
“As a Chinese from the Korean ethnic group, when I see a Sichuan person (Li Ziqi) making pickled vegetables, I wouldn’t care about who invented this dish, but would just be surprised, ‘Huh? You eat cabbage like this too!’ This feeling increases my closeness to people in Sichuan province without any hostility. However, the situation is completely different for South Koreans,” another netizen posted on Zhihu.
“我是朝鮮族中國(guó)人,我在看四川人(李子柒)在做泡菜時(shí),不會(huì)在意這道菜是誰(shuí)發(fā)明的,只會(huì)驚訝,‘嗯?你也這樣吃大白菜!’這種感覺(jué)增加了我和四川人的親密感,沒(méi)有敵意。不過(guò),韓國(guó)人可能不這么想?!?/p>
去年11月24日,一項(xiàng)由中國(guó)主導(dǎo)制定、四川省眉山市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管局牽頭負(fù)責(zé)的泡菜行業(yè)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正式誕生,這也意味著,以后中國(guó)能夠制定泡菜行業(yè)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
不過(guò)在李子柒的這期視頻下面還是有很多國(guó)外網(wǎng)友前來(lái)打卡稱(chēng)贊:
