多地增加體育中考分值
Most provincial-level regions in China will increase the weighting of physical education in the high school entrance exam, or zhongkao, starting next year, the Ministry of Education said on Monday.
12月14日，教育部體育衛(wèi)生與藝術(shù)教育司司長王登峰表示，明年起絕大多數(shù)省份體育中考分值將增加。
Wang Dengfeng, director of the ministry's Department of Physical, Health and Arts Education, said PE tests are currently mandatory in the zhongkao in all provincial-level regions, with scores ranging from 30 to 100 points.
王登峰說，目前全國已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)體育中考全覆蓋，分值從30分-100分不等。
Based on recent reports the ministry received from local education authorities, most regions plan to significantly increase PE scores in the zhongkao next year, which marks an important development in reforming the evaluation of school physical education, he said.
最近一段時(shí)間，教育部陸續(xù)接到各地報(bào)來的情況，從2021年起，絕大多數(shù)省份體育中考分值都會(huì)增加且幅度較大。王登峰表示，這是學(xué)校體育教育評(píng)價(jià)改革的重要一步。
In October, the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council issued a guideline on strengthening and improving physical education in schools. The guideline asked education authorities to gradually increase PE scores in the zhongkao and improve the content and method of testing.
今年10月，中共中央辦公廳和國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于全面加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新時(shí)代學(xué)校體育工作的意見》，要求教育部門逐漸提高體育中考分值，改進(jìn)體育測試內(nèi)容和方式。

>Stricter salary cap set for CSL
新賽季中超限薪令出臺(tái)
The Chinese Football Association Monday announced it will impose a stricter salary cap on the Chinese Super League for the 2021 to 2023 seasons.
12月14日，中國足協(xié)宣布，2021-2023賽季中超將實(shí)施更嚴(yán)格的薪酬限額。
The soccer governing body regulates that each CSL club's total expenditure each season should not exceed 600 million yuan, including money spent on youth training and women's soccer.
中國足協(xié)規(guī)定，中超俱樂部單賽季支出不得超過6億元人民幣，這其中包括青訓(xùn)費(fèi)用和女足費(fèi)用；
The new salary cap on domestic players is 5 million yuan before tax, while the salary cap on foreign players is 3 million euros before tax.
中超國內(nèi)球員單賽季薪酬不得超過稅前500萬元人民幣，中超外援單賽季頂薪為稅前300萬歐元。
The numbers are much smaller than CFA's current salary cap.
新的薪酬限額較中國足協(xié)目前執(zhí)行的薪酬限額要小得多。
After the 2019 season, the CFA introduced a salary cap of 3 million euros after tax on foreign players. The salary cap for domestic players is now at 10 million yuan before tax, or 12 million yuan for China internationals.
2019賽季后，中國足協(xié)規(guī)定，外籍新簽球員薪水不超稅后300萬歐元，國內(nèi)球員新簽合同最高不超過稅前1000萬人民幣，入選國家隊(duì)球員可上浮20%。
"The CFA will punish any club or player who violates the regulation. It doesn't matter how famous or influential they are," said Chen Xuyuan, the CFA president.

The US Electoral College cast votes on Monday for a new president based on the 2020 election results, making Democrat Joe Biden's White House victory official.
